Each entry should be no more than 200x40
The winner will receive 20k.
and the runner up will receive 10k.
Be creative! Anything you want, be sure to include!
Send all entries to me by Monday, July 12th 11:00pm Central time.
After that, we will vote for 1 week and the winner shall be decided.
