If you follow that "Tamaki" with your Twitter account, you'll get some flowery response in Japanese. Tweeting or replying to his posts will also get you a response. Plugging the responses into Google translate will give you a really rough idea of what is being said. However, I think because the responses are supposed to be in the style of Tamaki's way of speaking (when he is in host mode), they are also harder to translate. So, you'll get even weirder translations that usual.
Still, it's fun! If you follow or tweet him, you'll typically get a response within 5-10 minutes. And that account seems to post "updates" pretty frequently -- everyday. Although I can't read Japanese, it's still kind of fun to see Tamaki among the numerous twitter updates from the other people I follow, haha~
