I did once wake up from a dream by jumping up into fighting stance onto my bed.

Well, sometimes I wake up screaming, but then I realize that no sound is coming out. So no big deal.
And I've hit my friend when I was sleeping, and I told her something in a different language. (or at least she thinks it was)
