1.) Jesus Christ, during his adolescence, wanted to change the way people behave. He decided that to influence them, he needed to learn magic. So while he was gone, he found some pagan tribes and learned magic.
2.) God doesn't really love us. He created us only to use us in the end to defeat Satan. Maybe, God is really not that powerful.
Controversial, but hey!

One would have to assume that god exists (and 'created' us) to even toy with the fantasy's you propose.
Thus making this pretty irrelevant, and not worth thinking about.

Controversial, but hey! Just FYI, Satan isn't ever really mentioned as evil-master-of-hell Satan until the New Testament. In the Old Testament, he isn't really given a name and is described to actually be controlled by God. This is pretty interesting if you feel like reading a bit
