what happened to Azula after she lost to Katara ?? was she banished , arrested or was she executed ??

I'm relatively certain she was just imprisoned. Under a little more control than her father, lol.

Probably. While Aang taking her bending away too would be a great idea, it's highly unlikely. She's probably in a jail all to herself or something lol.
