This is the Dancing Panda, a fancy, five-star restaurant made especially for squad ten, out of Kenzo's fancy wallet. There is a special staff that gets payed to just be there, 24/7, for squad ten's delightment and eating enjoyment. People that are allowed at the Dancing Panda include: All squad ten members, trainees, interns, etc.
any person that has permission from me or Dakota
Any captain,
and some others, just ask in this thread, ooc (()) please.

"Um, I'm just an officer, not the captain, so just Kenzo would be fine, and your order will be coming right up, Mr. Nyahoto. Will that be all, any modifications, any special custom thing you'd like to add?" Kenzo quickly scribbled everything down, then tucked the notebook back in the pocket of his fancy suit vest.

Dakota walked into the resturant looking around. "Damn... I sure know how to waste the Seireitei's money. I think I'm going to build a club after this..." He said to himself as he took an alcoholic beverage from a passing by waiter. He began to walk around marveling at everything he saw holding the drink. He eventually stopped right infront of Kenzo. "Hey, what're you up to Kenzo?" Dakota asked as he looked down at his subordinate with an odd smile.

"Hey, Bossman, just serving a shift here... I was bored, and fighting gets stagnant and stops being fun after a while, so I just came here... and by the way, this came out of my pocket, bossman, not the sereitei's... you want to order anything?" Kenzo smiles back, sitting down on a fancy Corinthian leather chair, and suddenly remembers Oakurim. "Um, Mr. Nyahoto, here's your order." He grabs the ramen and the large filleted salmon, and puts them on a nearby table for the man.

With a massive reiatsu covering over the grounds, making the air become more dense as it was unprepared, and needing to remove itself. With this the air could move back to normal density, but the feeling of the captain's massive reiatsu would still be around, felt, and even make those truly unfamiliar to the head captain's reiatsu to feel a little heavy themselves.
The captain opened the door, and moved to an empty table. He smiled a bit as he awaited a waiter to come to him so he could order something raw to eat.

Kenzo walks over to the head captain, bowing his head in respect for a moment, before grabbing the notebook and heading to business. "Um, Captain Reddeye, sir, what would you like to order?"

Etzio kaicho walks into the resteraunt and takes a seat directly opposite the head captain, she smiles for a moment then kicks him in the shin under the table
"Order dammit red"

Reddeye pointed is left index finger at Etzio, and had a binding spell ready to fire at the second squad captain's mouth. He then gave a terrible glare that looked ready to rib her head right off and feast from the blood shooting out of the headless neck. The captain then looked at Kenzo, and bared his teeth at him with an evil grin.
"I am going to have a bit of a surf and turf. I want a steak, medium rare, with a lobster, and a thing of Sushi, crunchy rolls, unagi, some tuna, and I believe some Sake to go along with it all."
Reddeye said as he looked at Kenzo, waiting for his order to go in.

"Of course." Kenzo dashes off, grabbing the neccesary ingredients as he runs by. He quickly marinades the steaks, slices open the lobster, wraps the sushi, rolls, unagi, and shoves the food that needed to be cooked into his fancy oven. "Er, Mimiki, get me some Sake!" The waitress he reffered to grabs a bottle of their best vintage, and hands it to kenzo, who now cooked all the food, and set the two trays by the captains. "Your meals are served. If there is anything wrong at all, please notify me immediately."

 " Thank you young one " Etzio says with a slight grin as she grabs her food, picking up her steak with a fork she rips a huge chunk of the steak off and starts chewing slowly while staring at reddeye with a blood thirsty smile on her face, She puts the steak down and picks up the bottle of sake she holds it to her lips and tears the lid of with her teeth... she then takes 3 large chugs of the alcohol and smiles some more. She holds the bottle out to reddeye
" Sake " she offers
