The ragdoll toddler smirked as she glanced back at the small manor she lived with her mother and her family in. She had managed to escape being babysat by her uncles and grandparents, wanting to explore with her sketch book in hand.
Eve looked around and gaped as the sight of a castle, the place her mother had told her about slightly that Adrian and Sophie lived in. Eve remembered the vampire very well and was curious who else lived there. To her, the place was big enough for more than two people and she had escaped her family to see.
She walked near the door, wondering if there was a backway as her shyness made her a little nervous. The little girl shook her head and knocked on the door lightly.

Obsidian tipped ears flicked themselves curiously as Deirdre turned, already half-way back upstairs when the doorman approached the entryway. The little hybrid turned around with her hands clasped behind her, ever the Princess, but when she didn't see a dignitary or rival, she was immediately curious.
Exspecially since the visitor was short.
Deirdre toddled down the staircase up to the doorman's side and gave him a look that told him to 'hush up or face a tantrum'. Then, she looked at the ragdoll and her sketchbook. "'Lo."

Kaito had been slinking around outside the castle walls again when he heard someone knocking. Who would actually knock at their door? Most entered differently and with more - well just differently.
Feeling curious the toddler started to walk from his hiding spot and towards the front door. His tail twitched as he leaned around the corner to see more and instead found not only the visitor but his sister. "Oh." Kaito vaguely recognized the girl from the party, right? He frowned thoughtfully before grinning at his twin from behind the ragdoll.
"Welcome." Kaito whispered playfully before slipping around to the inside where he stepped beside his twin.

Eve smiled gently as she was starting to feel shy again. "I'm sorry to bother you, but would you let me sketch part of your home?" She asked, knowing she sounded stupid. "If not, then will you play with me?"
She pushed her shyness away, "I remember you guys from the party. I'm Eve, I don't know if I told you my name at the party. Deirdre and Kaito, right?" She messed up a little on saying the names correctly.

Deirdre moved so that her brother could join her, though she did scowl at him for being out without her. He was such a creeper. "Depends." The toddler angled her head to the side, trying to get a peep at the ragdoll's sketchpad without actually looking. "Are you good?"
She exchanged a look with her twin while pondering. "You wouldn't dance, so why do you wanna play?" Of course she was being a little snobby; it was in her DNA, but really she wanted to know how Kaito felt about it before agreeing.

Eve nodded and offered her sketchbook to them, "You can look if you want. I can't do detail completely on my pictures, but my sketches are good with showing the shape and some of the shadows of the object."
Eve sighed, "I don't know how to dance actually, that's why I wouldn't dance. You two seem nice and I would like to get to know you better."

Kaito returned the look with Deirdre before reaching out for Eve's sketchbook. Might as well pass the time with something. "Kay." He opened it and pressed against his twin while he flipped through the pages so she could see it as well. "You - don't know how to dance?"
The boy had stopped flipping through the sketchbook to gaze at Eve, "We...could fix that." His statement came out slightly as a question since he didn't want to agree to anything without Deirdre's opinion first. But it could turn into an interesting trade - a dance for a sketch.

Deirdre flitted a look at Eve before leaning over as Kaito filtered through the sketchbook. She tucked a chunk of golden hair behind her ear as she turned the book to the side for a better look. That is, until the newcomer said something that made her look up and answer after her brother's question; "Why?" Who didn't know how to dance?
She turned to Kaito and nodded before looking back at Eve. "We teach you, you draw for us. Deal?" With an innocent smile, she held out her clawed hand.

"My family doesn't dance and they haven't taught me about that," Eve replied as her grandparents and uncles were more dangerous as fighters than dancing though she had seen Louie and Anya attempt a waltz before.
She nodded with a smile, not minding the chance to learn to dance. So next party she could actually dance. She just hoped she didn't mess up on the pictures, shaking Deirdre' hand.

"That's 'orrible." Kaito frowned. How could someone not know how to dance? He shook his head before focusing in again with a smile. So she would draw for them!
"Great." His fangs flashed as he looked around, "Lets get somewhere betta and we can go from there." Looking at his twin, Kaito motioned towards the back hallway questioningly. Should they go outside the walls or where?

Even though it made sense to her, it didn't make it any better. Deirdre shook Eve's hand to seal the deal, though she didn't let go. She looked at her brother and pondered, then motioned back through the castle with a nod of her head. "Courtyard." Afterall, it was her favorite place, so why not?
She turned and started walking, tugging the ragdoll with her. "Shhh, gots ta be quiet. Not eve'yone is nice ta kids." That and there were scary things, things that terrified a jaded toddler in her dreams. Deirdre toddled through the width of the castle, ambling around statues and armor and out a set of double pan french doors into a lit courtyard. "This good?"

Part of Eve didn't understand why dance was important, but it sounded like fun to her.
Eve managed to keep her feet as Deirdre tugged her, not wanting to get her knees bruised from tripping. She nodded, agreeing to be quiet as the castle did scare her a little.
The ragdoll looked around and nodded though the courtyard was beautiful to the little girl.

Kaito nodded. The courtyard it was then. Deirdre's comment to Eve made the toddler focus sharply as he followed his twin and the girl through the castle halls. But he grinned as he saw the courtyard - no trouble at all!
The toddler looked at his twin and Eve before tilting his head thoughtfully, "Who teach fiwst?" He asked with a blink.

When her sneakers clipped on the stones outside, she let go of Eve's hand and turned around, instantly frowning at Kaito. She put one hand on her hip and motioned to the pair of them in a 'duh!' fashion. "You. Show her how."
Deirdre would have herself, but girls didn't dance with girls, so she took a back seat and moved over to sit on a bench.

Eve smiled lightly though she was nervous about stepping on Kaito' foot on accident as she had seen done with bad dancers in movies.
The toddler kept her shyness away as she didn't want to mess up when they were willing to teach her to dance.
