Ryuu was wandering as he was often seen doing, though with less of a destination these days. Before when he wandered it was because he was looking for something in particular but now a days he had no idea what it was that he was looking for. He'd found his 'missing something' when he'd met up with the man that was supposed to be his Father, the same person that he'd left behind when things hadn't worked out between them.

He was in a rather nice neighborhood at the moment, one that reminded him of those family settings on the television and being the curious creature he was, one who had the same mind set as a child, he drifted into one of the yards to look around in a curious manner only to find himself looking at a child who was there. He perked up a bit as he landed on the ground and shuffled along toward him, wondering if this boy would have a better reaction then the last new person he'd met... that bug girl seemed to hate him almost straight away which was scary and new to Ryuu who had never had trouble making friends before.

The silver dragon came to settle down next to Vance, gazing up at him for a moment. He was wearing frog pajamas that reminded him of the dragon themed ones that Roxy wore from time to time. He gave a little smile before he set to wagging his tail, waiting to be noticed.

Ryuusei seemed to perk up that much more, tail wagging to the point that it was a blur when the boy greeted him. He tilted his head into the petting before giving a sound like a purr, rather enjoying getting pet in such a manner. His dark eyes sank shut for a moment before he found himself being questioned by the boy, "I'm a dragon." He told the boy, opening his eyes to look up at Vance and then smiled, "My name is Ryuusei."

He was rather happy to find that this boy seemed quite friendly which made him glad that he had approached him, already he was much better then the bug girl!

The dragon smiled showing his sharp little teeth before he nodded, "Vance." He murmured, seeming to be filing the information away for later before he nodded, "Sure! I would love to play with you." He was nearly bouncing in place as the invitation was given over to him. Finding someone to play with was far better then having to just wandering around at random.

Ryuusei turned to look at the area that was referred to as the 'danger zone' before giving a slow nod of his head. They didn't have to play over there if was a place that was dangerous, in fact he was much happier to play right here if it were safer. He turned to look up at Vance as he made mention of his Daddy, "Vance has a Daddy?" He asked, sounding curious about it. It seemed most of the people he'd ever run across aside from Mrrh had parents. It was always something that Ryuu was a little bit envious of as he had none of his own. At least he had Roxy and Mrrh though he decided, they were like family after all.

"Tall and fixes stuff." Ryuu murmured to himself, that sounded kind of interesting, didn't it? He nodded to himself before giving a smile, "I see, I don't have one of my own so I was curious what one might be like." The Daddy that Vance had sounded quite interesting, really.

He watched as Vance pushed to his feet and Ryuu moved to follow suit, pushing off the ground to float along side the other. As he had sat still a glittering cloud of stars had started to gather around the dragon, they were small and came in various colors and would appear as though they were following along after him, "What do we do? Same thing as everyone I think. I go for walks, play with friends, sometimes my friend Mrrh will bring me to get Happy Meals at the restaurant with the golden arches sign."

From the happy look on his face and the way his little wings fluttered it would seem as though he cared for the aforementioned 'Mrrh' a lot.

"No, I don't. Its a long story though." He said, giving a wave of one of his little hands as though it were to long of a story to go into to be able to explain why he didn't have a Daddy.

He nodded his head rapidly, "Yes! I love the burgers sooo much! After I eat them though I end up with a big belly and my little legs can reach the ground." He said, grinning a bit as though it were the most amusing thing ever, "Mrrh always teases me for it, calls me Pudgy."

"Yes, its nice how they give you toys with the meal." He said, getting a dreamy look on his face as he thought about that. Oh, he could really go for that sort of thing at the moment he thought to himself, tail wagging rapidly.

Ryuusei tilted his head as the conversation turned to bugs before he gave a nod of his head, "I've eaten a couple before." He admitted, grasshoppers mostly and one dragonfly until he learned the name and decided eating them seemed very wrong since he was a dragon himself.

He shuffled closer to Vance, hopping up so that he could land on his shoulder and settled there, "Are we going to chase bugs?" He asked of Vance in a curious, excited manner.

"Bug Hunters, that sounds exciting!" Ryuusei said, from where he was perching on his new found friend. This should prove to be a whole lot of fun! His star tipped tail set to swishing behind him at a rapid pace as Vance moved to where the toy pile was, finding the things that they needed for effectively catching bugs. He carefully studied the two before taking the net with his mouth deciding that of the two that one was what he might be able to better use.

"Will use this one." He said from around the handle of the net before he looked around, already trying to spot some bugs that they should try to chase down!
