Demitel got out of the car, looked around at the large house in the woods and was in awe of it's beauty. He had lived in nice homes most of the time, but this was definately the nicest. He loved being in the woods when he was young, but ever since he had been sold into the market, he was stuck in the city. He looked at Kami questioningly.

"I've never seen anything like this. How in the world did you have it built all the way out here?"

"Yes, very much. It's a beautiful place." He spoke, still taken by his surroundings. He smiled at looked at Kami. "And I've loved woods ever since I was little. Before the market of course." He laughed. "After that, I've been confined in the city. Probably easier to keep people from running that way. Not that I would, of course, I have no reason to." He realized what he just said and fell silent. He usually didn't open up to people very much. Especially on the first day. But for some reason, he felt Kami was different than his other masters. He let the thought go and looked up at the sky through the ring of trees.

Demitel shivered slightly when Kami touched him, but followed alongside him through the trees and into the house.

Demitel cautiously entered the house and looked around at the ornately decorated halls. It seemed so much larger inside than the outside. He took a few steps further in, and waited for Kami to follow and give further direction.

Demitel looked down at his slightly disheveled figure.

"If you don't mind, I'd like to find a room and clean up a bit before I eat. I'd feel strange going to eat in the unkempt appearance I'm in."

"Thank you." Demitel smiled. He walked down the hall, to the end and opened the third door. Inside, he found a good sized bed, a small dresser and a small desk, all untouched, but so clean they might as well have shined. He set down the small bag of his belongings the guards allowed him to take from his last home and spread them out on the desk. A few changes of clothes a pen and a small notebook, and a keepsake pendant from his mother all laid on the desk. He chose something to wear and headed to the bathroom.

Once inside the bathroom, Demitel got a towel out of the closet and hopped in the shower.

Demitel walked out of the bathroom and brought his stuff back to his room before heading downstairs to see if Kami needed any help with dinner.

Demitel pulled a chair out across from Kami. "This looks amazing, Kami." he said, somewhat shyly. 'And of course now, I go back to my normal self...' he thought, unsure of what made him feel that way.
