A very vast land of nothingness.
Just kidding.

A lot of trees surround the circular training grounds, which spans a diameter of over 50 miles of flat land and grass. These spiritual trees can be knocked down or destroyed in the process of training to your will, since they will grow back within 5 minutes since they are programmed to do so. ;D There are also a couple of targets lined up a few feet away from each other. These are for the taichou’s target practice when she feels like it. And others are free to use them as well ~

Choji stopped in the center of the field and looked around with a satisfied smile on her face. She set down her things one by one, Zanpaktou, bow, arrows, and finally, Kokoro, who was kind of green-faced from the shunpo ride. She walked over to one of her practice targets and poked it. “Meh…I guess we can start then,” she said and walked back to her belongings. She bent down to pick up her bow, made of very sturdy material. It was even kind of heavy for her, since she was like ‘stick-skinny.’ She weighed it up and down in her arm to get used to its feel. Meanwhile, Kokoro had already picked up and arrow for her. She smiled, patted its head, and strung the arrow against her bow. “I haven’t done this for a long time, barely had enough time to practice back at the academy,” she said softly, since the area was so tranquil. The wind blew softly around them, rustling the leaves of the trees that surrounded the grounds. If she yelled loud enough, her voice would probably echo beyond the forest. She spoke softly, not wanting to disturb the nature. Kokoro nodded, listening quietly, its beady eyes looking at the target. She knocked her arrow firmly between her two fingers and against both sides of the bow and pulled the thick string back with a lot of strength, so that her hand came towards her chin. She squinted her eyes, slightly shutting her left one to get a good aim. Feeling that it was taught enough, she let go of the string and let the arrow smoothly slide through her fingers. It tore straight through the air at a great speed and landed in the dead center of the target. “Not bad for first time, if I may say so myself,” she said rather smugly and grinned. Then she picked up another arrow and continued shooting.

Baros walked onto the edge of the training field, he stood there and watched his new Taichou peg a dummy with a bunch of arrows. He stood patiently waiting for her to finish with what she was doing, he could wait and talk to her when she was done with her current training exercise. He slowly thumbed his zanpakutou in and out of its sheath the clicking sound keeping him quite focused on it as he waited.
