 Mzio walked along the rouge land, wondering what was going on. He had just be cloud gazing, which was fun but now he wanted to do something different. It always seem that he did the same things everyday. Wake up, go to find something to eat, cloud gaze, and then walk around and it just go on like that everyday. Mzio didn't mind it but he wish that sometimes that he had a different routine. Maybe like go play in the flowers or meet someone. That would be nice. He smack his lips and thought about the last time he had a drank. It was awhile ago so he thought that he might go get a drink of water.

The water was fun!
Kisun splashed happily in the shallows, her dainty white paws soaking while the rest of her black and brown coat was splattered with water. Maybe some of the brown was mud by now, but she didn't care. It was a warm day, and the water felt very nice indeed. Giggling, her blue eyes bright, she sprawled on her belly to look into the water, watching the way the tiny silvery fish darted away from the noise she'd made.
She hardly seemed to be paying attention to what was going on around her, but she wasn't stupid. She didn't want to be eaten. Her long black ears flicked slightly, keeping a careful listen-out while her eyes were engaged elsewhere.

Walking down from the place he had just been, he hummed a tune. He needed something to while he walked for water. It would quiet boarding if he didn't do anything and just walk. Seeing the water hole in his sight he smiled and licked his mouth in utter joy. He was awfully thirsty and he couldn't wait until he got there.
Walking a little faster he spotted a hare playing in the water. He wonder what in the world she was doing. That wasn't smart at all, she looked like she didn't have a care in the world. Which she would because a lot of animal out her would gobble a hare up who wasn't paying attention. He walk up next to her to lap up someone the water and asked, "You're not worried about being eaten?" he said with a confused look on his face.

Kisun's ears flicked towards the sound of pawsteps, but she didn't make a move otherwise. They weren't sneaky, and they weren't rushed so she didn't feel particularly hunted. Besides, she could run fast and knew her friend Keena was only about a ten minute sprint away. No one would eat her out from underneath a lioness.
"Nope," she said brightly, watching the hyena from the corner of her eye as she splashed about. "Because if you were gonna eat me, you wouldn't have said hullo." It was quite sensible really. "My name is Kisun. It's nice to meet you."

Quickly smiling at the hare, he lapped up more of the water. It tasted wonder against his dry mouth. It was cold and moist and wonderful. Turning his head to the rabbit he smiled. She was awfully smart. Her words made since and Mzio would forever be grateful for them.
He now knew one important rule, animals would not attack if they come and say hello. He laugh at the thought. It made a lot of sense actually and he wonder why he never thought about that before. Smiling once more he nodded at her name. "It's nice to meet you Kisun, I'm Mzio. What are you doing out here all by yourself. There aren't many animal who would just come up to say hi like me you know?" he said a bit worried about the hare he just meet.

Kisun dabbled in the water, still smiling happily to herself. Now she had company. Maybe he would want to play. He seemed thirsty right now though, so she'd let him finish his drinking first. Playing games wasn't as fun when one player was tired and thirsty.
"I've been by myself a lot," Kisun told him, glad that he'd introduced himself back. No one who'd traded names with her had ever tried to eat her before. Even if they'd intended to at first. "But I do have a friend today. She's down over there, not too far. I could probably run there faster than you. She's with our cub right now, so I thought I'd come and play up here in the water." And yes, she'd just said 'our cub'. She and Keena had adopted the little white lioness Star, Kisun had been the one to find her. Not many hares had a lioness call them 'mummy'.

Mzio drinking some more he kept his eyes on the female. She seemed happy and playful. It was nice to see that she wasn't frighten anymore.
Nodded, he saw a lot of her in him. He was easily frighten but he was also very smart. He was also a loner and didn't meet a lot of animals. Listening to her, he nodded. Of course she would runs faster then him. It was proven the most hares were faster then hyenas. Choking of his water he blink. She had a cub Now what was something he just didn't see. That didn't make any sense at all. Blinking he spoke, "You have a cub?" he said tilting his head very confused.

"Yes," Kisun replied brightly when he asked if she had a cub, giggling at her wobbly reflection in the rippling water while she splashed. "Her name is Star. I found her," the hare explained, still intent on her playing. "Keena is helping be the other mommy," she added. Because that made so much more sense after all. Well...Kisun didn't make a good mother. She knew that. None of Keena's babies would ever get eaten, the lioness was too big for that.

Mzio was baffled. He had no clue what was running threw his head when she said yes. This was unbelieved! He had never in his life heard of something like this. Could it even be real. No it wasn't possible. It couldn't be possible it just didn't make any sense at all. He nodded trying to explain this in his own head. He blinked, "So there's another rabbit? She getting raise by to rabbit mothers?" he said trying to picture this in his mind.
Oh the poor cub. She not going to know how to hunt or anything. She going to grow up thinking that she is a rabbit. That wasn't good. Not good at all. Thinking about this maybe he could meet them and teach the cub how to hunt, yes that would be a good idea. "May I meet this Star?" he said tilting his head.

"Two rabbits? Oh no," Kisun giggled. "Keena isn't a hare, she's a lioness. She's very nice," she added, just in case Mzio would be nervous. She wasn't sure if Keena was bigger than he was, she couldn't keep sizes in her head very well. But she knew Keena was smaller than other lions, just a bit.
"I think you could meet them if you wanted though," the hare offered, poking a floating leaf under the surface of the water as she talked. "Keena likes meeting new people, and Star is very cute."

Mzio wipe his head. Oh thank goodness, he didn't have to worry so much now. He was so worried, he couldn't just sit there if she was going to be raise by two rabbits, it was just not good. He smiled, a lioness. Much better then that meant Star would learn how to hunt. He felt a lot better every time she talked.
He smiled and nodded his head. He like meeting new animals so the would be a great idea. "Yes, I would love to meet them."

Kisun splashed happily in the water as he talked. "Okay, I'll bring you to meet them in a minute if you'd like. I just wanna see if I can catch this waterbug first..." she mumbled, reaching for the little black thing as it scooted away. She almost had it! They couldn't leave yet!
Besides, it wasn't like Keena and Star would be going anyplace any time soon. They were making flower-things again, Dysi had shown Keena and now the lioness was constantly trying to learn how to make them properly. It always took her forever to do though, so they'd be there a while. No rush.

Mzio nodded. He didn't mind waiting. He could drink someone, since that was reason why he came. Drinking up some more water he choke. A nasty ol'bug flew in his mouth why he was drinking and it startle him. Coughing he look back up to the female hare. Wondering if she had snag the bug yet. "Did you get it yet?" he said with a friendly smile.""

Almost got the bug. Almost got it. Almost...almost... ...whoops.
Kisun giggled madly as the hyena coughed and sputtered, almost falling in the water herself. She only laughed harder when he asked if she'd caught the bug yet. How could she have?
"N-no!" she chortled, "Because...because...you ate it!"

He blinked. He wasn't sure what was so funny. He almost die and she was laughing. He didn't see any humor in that at all. Would it be even funnier is he would of die? He was so confused and a bit offend. And as she spoke he understood and blush. Great, he ate the bug she was trying to catch. That was real smart of him "Um...Sorry?" he said.
