She likes Len, wants to kill Miku, has sharingan eyes, a yandere, long silver hair, item is a cucumber, masturbate everywhere, Teto-Miku mixed voice... For one thing, I could see fans of Miku/Len being angry, people disliking her sexuality habits, and the overused characteristics of yandere... Though, I can't see why people are hating her so much. Shouldn't the hate be directed toward the creator, rather than the character? o_O;

Half of it is, actually. VIP has a history of successfully getting people to believe their Utaus are Vocaloids. Tei's voice is realistic enough, coupled with the hype of CV04 made people believe that she's the newest one. And then when the sore people realize it's a trick, they rage, as usual. On her own, Tei mocks overdone fanloids/utaus with all the weeaboo attachments, plus a copypasta Kei-style outfit. And it's infuriating to some, [especially the weeaboos] kinda like how Kagami is/was. But on a grander scale. Thus, a wonderfully successful troll-loid.
I wasn't here for Teto or Ruko, but I know Ritsu was believable enough, for a few minutes. sweatdrop But unlike Tei, Ritsu was pretty unique, so the not-butthurt people were cool with it.
tl;dr: Tei is a well-done Kagami Kawaiine with pre-existing hatred of VIPPER on top.

.......but i just don't like Tei......I understand that she makes fun of unoriginal fanmades.....but that makes her boring to me(her outfit).....and her voice sounds like Miku and Teto mixed together.

I... still don't see what's wrong though.
It's not the fans who rage at her connection to Len and Miku. It's the fangirls and fanboys.
Personally, I see no problem with it at all. There's just more character interactions in the Vocaloid relationship chart. The Yandere position probably would have been filled sooner or later anyway. (Tsundere Neru against Yandere Tei biggrin )
If they were angry with it, doesn't that mean they'd be hating on Neru as well?
And how is she weeaboo o_o

@ShionKaitoUke: I'm gonna have to wait a few months for the yandere hype to wear off, and hope that people start using her voice seriously D: I don't like any of what people have made her sing so far.
@Bapp Pogum: Let me explain:
Tei's whole purpose is to make fun of overdone Utau/fanmade types. By her being a yandere, means that there are more than enough yandere voca-fanmades and Utaus already. Last I checked Miku and Kaito had specific fanmades just for yandere... -ness. D: So even without Tei, you already have yandere fanmades. And if you counted Utaus in the Vocaloid relationship chart, there'd be several [perhaps lots of] yanderes already. Tei gets fame for being a 'VIPPERLOID' Utau, so of course people know about her and not the other yan-utaus and yan-fanmades.
Neru was created as a representation of people who hate on Vocaloid, give up using it, or think it's stupid. People just like making her a Tsundere, I guess, even thought that's not her original 'purpose' o.oa
Kagami Kawaiine [I'll assume you mean her when you said 'weeaboo'] was created for a similar reason as Tei. To make fun of people who recolor/edit/don't work hard on an Utau, people who pitch a Vocaloid's voice and make it their own fanmade, as well as people who use Japanese phrases in English sentences. [All of which are detested by longtime Vocaloid fans.] Kagami Kawaiine is a crappy Miku recolor with an insanely-pitched Gakupo voice, who uses the word DESU even though she sings [bad] English. And by portraying her as 'THE GREATEST FANMADE EVER' even though it's obvious that little to no thought/work was done on her image/voice, it makes people who did the same thing for their fanmade look bad and unoriginal. =D
