This is the ward in which the more severely injured shinigami will be reported to. Typically, the more experienced members of the fourth will be on duty in this particular ward. In the back is an "operating room" reserved for the captain, seeing as he prefers to keep some treatments secret. Granted, it isn't anything different than the other rooms, just a little more privacy. Each bed is outfitted with a screens, should its inhabitant wish a little more privacy.
