I'm a virgin.
Just putting it out there.
I'm wondering, am I the only one that thinks the idea of an unbelievably amateur/embarrassing first time is sexy?
I don't know... I have a thing about innocence so I really want to lose it to another virgin so it's like a new, innocent thing. Like, two people fumbling, not sure what they're doing, trying to figure it out..
I'm not sure if that's a more or less realistic fantasy than the norm, or if it even may be the norm.
Any help on this?

First times are always different for everyone. The majority when asked would say that their first time was not like they pictured and sometimes they even describe it as disappointing. However, this isn't always the case. You can have good sex too, even if you're a virgin. It's all about your comfort level and communication.
It's not unrealistic to think your first time might be awkward or that there will be some moments of questioning when one or both partners are unsure of what to do next. It's about exploring. I'd say the fact that you think the idea of this exploring is a turn on is a good sign as it shows you're willing to explore. (Some people, are not).
I'm sure there are other people out there who have the same sort of opinion on first-time sex as you do, and remember, even though you might lose your virginity, it doesn't mean you can't roleplay being innocent again or introduce new things like flavoured lubrication or ice cubes or whatever to be something new to explore with your partner.

Yeah, I think fumbling and whatnot is hot too. But just because someone is a virgin doesn't necessarily mean there will be any fumbling at all!
I've been with a few virgins, one of which had never even kissed anyone before that, and there was little to no fumbling with any of them. In fact, the guy who fumbled the most our first time together was the most experienced of them all.
It seems that sex just comes very naturally for some people, especially if they're comfortable. So my advice is to not make any assumptions on what people will be like in bed just because of their previous experience or lack thereof. 3nodding

It's fine to envision it as your first time or whatever, but to keep a realistic view on it. smile

Hahaha lol I would say you are more realistic than some of my friends. I remember thinking it was going to be a lot more emotional than it was. (like, I was going to feel different afterwards). I didn't. I know someone who cried a lot after their first time and I know a girl who took 4 tries because she kept laughing from being nervous (imagine the poor guy in that situation). First times are so unknown, it's one of the beautiful parts about it, I guess. smile

My first time was with my virgin boyfriend^_^ We had been dating for a year and we had told each other we loved one another(and we both really meant it heart ). We didn't have the exact moment planned out so one day I just kind of turned to him and asked if he wanted to have sex with me... it was an awkward ride from there on lol. It even hurt too much for me to go through it all the way, it was like a minute of him goin in then goin out lol. But I don't regret anything and it was so adorable how he kept asking me how I was doing^_^ took us about a month to get good at sex, and now it's fantastic!
To answer your question MY experience wasn't even close to the movies, it was definitely NOT a "hot bowl of manly-passion soup" lol. But it was great and the cuddling afterwards was uber fantastic!
