o.o That's actually quite good. ^.^ Only thing is just make the hair a little bit poofier or something, but otherwise it's great. =) Is that pastel?

Uh.... the feet.... um.... yeah. The whole picture and I keep coming back to those feet- may need some anatomical adjusting. Her one leg looks completely disconnected and she has two foot sizes...
I think the strongest part of this pick is the color/texture, really sets the mood off more than anything.

The anatomy's totally off. the feet are really weird, and i'm not getting the blood. it just looks like it's been painted on her back.

you need to work on the anatomy perhaps, the body isn't very proportinate as are the feet. ^ ^;;
Edit:This is the draft, i know there are some mistakes in there but they are fixed but not scanned yet...sorry. ^ ^;;

I like your overall idea. But next time you want to do a harder pose like this. Try doing it yourself in front a mirror. Like the feet should turn in. The top of the foot should be facing the floor.
