No comment on the Red, Yellow & Green color scheme & the traffic light-like belt.

"Two halves sell, why not three?"
I'm a bit mixed feeling on this one so far. I don't fully like the design, but it has potential and I've disliked a lot of rider designs only to grow on them later like Kiva and Decade. The only real drawback to me is that they didn't handle W and his multi-forms as well as they could have. Going from 3x3 forms to 3x3x3 forms seems like a lot of possible combinations won't even be seen much less given the proper thought to.
Edit: I'm also hoping the eye color will change this time with the forms, so when we get the green stag beetle head it doesn't have green eyes like W's Heat form has a red eye. New pictures confirmed that this isn't the case. The stag beetle and lion helmets look pretty awesome and I'm curious now why there seems to be a gorilla medal and black colored legs on two of the suits shown off and if this means we'll have lots of forms he can use outside of bird, insect and big cat types.

Here's the rough/current backstory incase anyone is interested. Sorry that its jumbled, I copied it straight from its Wikipedia page.
...... Eiji Hino (portrayed by Shu Watanabe)[5] is a man who has no dreams, no job, and no family. When animal-like monsters called Greed awaken after their 800 year slumber to attack humans and feed off of their desire, a bird-type Greed called Ankh gives Eiji a belt and three Medals (メダル medaru?) to fight the Greed so he can become the predestined Multi King (複数の王 Fukusū no Ō?): Kamen Rider Ōzu (仮面ライダーオーズ Kamen Raidā Ōzu?, [English name temporary]). The mysterious Kogami Foundation approaches him and begins assisting him in his fight against the Greed, but their true motives are not clear. When Eiji fights for the first time, Eiji starts to realize what it means "to be alive".[1] With three animal-themed O-Medals (オーメダル Ō Medaru?) in his Ōzu Driver (オーズドライバー Ōzu Doraibā?) belt, equipped with the O-Scanner (オースキャナー Ō Sukyanā?), Ōzu can assume multiple forms called Combos. The first Combo shown is the TaToBa Combo (タトバコンボ TaToBa Konbo?), with his head having hawk (タカ taka?) themed powers with use of the Medajalibur (メダジャリバー Medajaribā?) sword, his upperbody having tiger (トラ tora?) themed powers in using the claws on his gauntlets to slash at an opponent, and his legs having grasshopper (バッタ batta?) themed powers to execute a Rider Kick.[6] He also will have medals based on the lion (ライオン raion?), gorilla (ゴリラ gorira?), cheetah (チーター chītā?), stag beetle (クワガタ kuwagata?), elephant (ゾウ zō?), rhinocerous (サイ sai?), and mantis (カマキリ kamakiri?).[2] The title OOO signifies the three medals that the main Kamen Rider uses to transform as well as meaning "multiple kings" (王s Ōzu?), referring to the leaders of each villain group. The leading villains are called the Greed (グリード Gurīdo?), who are divided into five tribes with subordinates called Yummy (ヤミー Yamī?). Each Greed and Yummy is missing a portion of their body. If they consume enough human desire, their body is regrown and they get a Medal and a new ability. With enough Medals, they can complete their bodies and become the Multi King. When Ōzu defeats a Yummy or Greed, he gains their Medals and gains new abilities as well.
(I'll clean it up a wee bit later. I don't feel like it right now.)

it feels like a new kuuga to me.... i dunno tho, that suit is gonna take awhile to grow on my, but it just might. i love the belt design. it feels like we may get that ancient power rider theme going yet again for the new decade.

The story seems pretty decent. I like the idea of it being more ancient power based than simply technology. It also seems like it will be interesting since the main character is stuck in the middle of all this stuff and doesn't seem to have full control of his destiny or the plot.
If he does collect medals from defeated enemies it sounds a lot like what I thought W should be doing with GaiaMemories. Most of W I've been wondering why they don't try to modify memories to work with their belt and gain more power to fight the enemies, so at least this one shouldn't have the same question looming over it and we might see quite a bit of interesting combos. It could also mean a Diend type rider could use them to re-summon them under his control.
I'm curious at this point how his hissatsu will work too. The sword I've seen has three medal parts for him to use but I am wondering how he will do the rider kick and any other non-weapon finishers. If it will only work with that section (rider kick is only the hopper legs) or if all 3 parts will change how he does the finishers.

I really like the creative concept of using the vending machine that way. When I saw the press conference photo of him standing next to the machine with the bike, I figured the bike and vending machine would link together. I didn't expect it to be able to give sodas that could become the helper machine-animal things though. Edit: Here are some images showing off a bit more. The gorilla torso ties in with what seems to be elephant legs and a rhino head. Each torso and leg medal seems to have a gimmick to them. Also worth noting is that they show red legs in the color example so we will likely see the bird torso/legs down the line.

I am kind of curious if they will use the blue/purple medals as form transformations. They are shown in the image for the soda can disc-animals and in a more recent picture I saw of OOO he's standing with a bunch of medals falling around him. They are mostly generic and colored the colors we know but one of them is a blue so it makes me wonder more if we will see forms from them.
