I. The Basics
Gaia's Rules are enforced. These are the most important rules in the Guild. This includes but is not limited to PG-13 content, slander, cybering, threats, stalking, harassment, and signature size. By not abiding to them, you run the risk of not only being banned from the Guild, but also GAIA.
II. Posts
a. Quote Towers are really looked down on by Most of the Guild, so try to avoid them.
b. We do not allow links to 18+ sites, or to sites that are involved in an illegal activity. Such as distribution of copyrighted material. We do not encourage our members to distribute said things, but we have no authority outside this guild... So... Cough.
III. Threads
The following Threads are not allowed in the Guilds Main Forum. They are followed by their respective forum. That means where they are suppose to be.
a. Spam/Bump Threads - The Can
b. Generic Talk Threads: "Let's talk, I'm bored." We have the Blah Blah thread for random chat. - The Can
c. Introduction Threads: "Hi. I'm new." There is an introduction thread for this. - The Can
d. Personal Threads: "Give me some pictures." "I am auctioning/selling/want to buy ___." "Donate to me." "I want a bf/gf." These threads are all for personal gain and we do not support member threads that ask for such services. You can probably find a thread that provides help in such matters in the Thread Directory.
e. Repeat Threads: Threads that already have been made. Such as post your pictures, a second house thread, meet new people thread, etc. [They will be taken to their respective forum]

IV. Pictures
a. Pictures are NEVER to be quoted.
b. All pictures must be Pg-13, due to Gaia's TOS.
c. Pictures posted in this Guild are assumed to be the property of the User posting them; such being the case, the User will be held liable for content posted.
V. Thread Rules
Some threads in our Guild have their own specific rules. We ask that you follow them and if you have any problem with them, contact a mod. You can be banned from a members thread.
VI. Forum Rules
All rules apply in all forums unless said otherwise.
VII Other
All donations/sales/payments to the Guild are final. Under no circumstances will any user be reimbursed for Gold/Services donated to the Guild.
The Guild will not be held liable for any transactions of Gold/Services its Members make through events in the Guild.
The Guild will not be held responsible for any content generated by GAIA Online users/members under the Guilds name or content that exists through any links posted in this Guild.
The preceding and all Forum Rules are subjected to change at anytime without notice. Because of this, we ask that you periodically check the TOS. By being part of the Guild you agree to abide by these terms, and any changes to them. Credit for these rules go to the Yaoi guild
