(I guess I'll start the Rp ball rolling!)

Nari watched the other side of the river. She was on guard duty for the blue team, and she had seen no action yet. She idly leaned on her on her sword and looked over the river. She could hear the clangs elsewhere in the forest, but for her first time playing capture the flag, it was pretty uneventfull. Still, she mused, she could say that she participated.
she was still htere when a child of Athena ran past, shouting at her, "They may be going for the flag! Stay alert!" the dissapeared into the forest. Nari tried to look attentive, but her mind drifted. How cool would it be to be a daughter of Athena, she asked herself. But then she sook her head. Her diving parent was male, and that ruled out Athena. But still, she sighed, it would have been cool.

Lizzy was high up in a tree watching a fight when she saw the figure with her team's flag. She jumped down and ran, but her opponent was fast. Too fast. Still she pursued on hoping to catch up and redeam her team, but to no avail. She tripped on a tree root that suddenly uprooted itself.

"Dash it all," She said in words a little less appropriate. She dusted herself off. There was no point in running anymore now, the girl had slipped out of her grasp. "Oh well, back to the tree." She said talking to herself. She realized it was better to be up high and out of mind when her team lost...

Nari say Kattie trip like somthing had knocked her over. Syhe sprawled and the flag skidded out of her hand. Nari looked around in panic; the blue teams flag was still safe, but an alarm was sounding on the red side. They had noticed that their flag was gone. Nair lept across the river to stand next to Katie. She shoved the flag back into her hand and started speaking to her.
"You got the flag! you have to get up! Cross the line! Come on! You can do it!" she hissed.

Up in the tree, Lizzie heard the cheers, So they won, she thought. With a new girl doing it. With this revelation, Lizzie hopped down from her perch and raced off towards the border... and the new girl...

Lizzie's face turned bright red. So the new girl wanted to play this game. Well she would play, Lizzie thought.

"Oh well, since your new here, I thought I'd give you a break. Don't expect it to happen again." She said the last part with such spite she could feel her father's disapproving frown even though she hadn't seen him since September.

She certainly messed with the wrong girl, Lizzie thought, I'm in the Hermes cabin too, and I know how revenge is best served.

Alex approached from behind just as he heard Lizzie's remark.

"Come on Liz, we're not that mad at you, we just wished that you spent more time on the ground and less in that tree."

He then approached the new girl Kattie. "So you're Kattie, I'm sorry I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you before," Alex said with a winning smile, "You'll have to excuse Lizzie here, she can sometimes have a temper."

Alex was just about to talk to Lizzie and settle her down when he heard Kattie cry out in pain. He quickly whirled around to look at Kattie. "Are you okay," he said with rising concern. Too many have been hurt while playing capture the flag.

He rushed to her and said, "Let me help you to the infirmary, you really should have it looked at even if it turns out to be nothing."

Looking on at the scene unfolding, Lizzie thought, Must have been something from what knocked her down. She had it coming.

Lizzie wondered who had done the deed, she wanted to congratulate them on a job well done. So, with this in mind, Lizzie walked away to the swordplay arena. She had some serious anger to let out. After that she really needed to talk to Alex, she had a thing or two to say to him.
