Nickname: Roro, Pixie, Rose Witch
Reason for Nickname: Roro because her sister is lazy and wont pronounce her whole name
Some call her Pixie in reference to her size. Call her pintsize and you’ll see one angry Pixie going for your guts.
And Rose Witch because of her Reigen
Age: When asked for her age she will simply smile sweetly and ask “How old do I look” and leave it at that.
Eye Color: Cerise.
Eye Shape: She has sleek deep eyes, kinda elegant.
Glasses or contacts?: None
Hair color: White with light pink highlights.
Hair length and style: Her hair is short with a fling covering her face. . ex xXx
Face shape: Her face could be described as an Elven face. Oval, with a straight thin nose, fair skin, full rosy pink lips.
Skin tone: Light skin.
Distinguishing features: Her bright pink eyes.
Health Condition: She has excellent health despite the fact that she sleeps very little. It's extremely rare for her to get sick but if she does it will knock her out for at least 2 or 3 days.
Overall Constitution: even thought she has a petite body frame and she is quite tiny her physical condition is excellent cause she trains a lot (so she can keep fit for her work)

Current Residence: Kurohyou, upper level. Rosetta and her sister own a medium sized cottage surrounded by a great rose garden.

Talents/Skills:
Cooking but more specifically baking. If you ever taste any of the sweets she bakes you will think you are in paradise. She loves cooking and baking for others and loves to tend to people. She will almost never eat anything she has prepare and even thought she is capable of cooking pretty much anything she is an extremely picky eater.
Roro is also a very good listener. She is good at listening to others and helping them with their problems and as a plus? She is very good at keeping secrets which is why most confide their troubles and secrets to her she is also a very sensible and wise woman so she usually gives out very good advice.
Gardening. No matter where you go in the city, you will never find a garden more beautiful than Rossetta's. She tends to her roses as if they were her kids. Roro spends most of her free time in there making sure they have everythign they need to grow beautifully.
Relationship skills: Rosetta is…..a busy woman. Between the SoulArmy, her bakery and hergarden she has barely any free time. A serious romantic relationship hasn't occur to her... yet.
Habits: She tends to tilt her head to the right when she is concentrating on something that has gotten her attention. She usually steps out into her garden when something troubles her.
Hobbies:
BakingOk, this also count as her job but..seriously! the girl will take any free time to experiment with her recipes and bake somethign yummy for the other soldier in her division or for her neighbors.
Reading: There is nothing else that she enjoys more than curling with her sis in front of the fireplace and read out loud what ever book she grabbed first. Her favorite genre are Fantasy, Mystery and pretty much anythign that has to do with magic.
Gardening: Well, yes. the girl loves her garden and its not unusual to find her at 3 am sitting amongst her roses watering them or simply talking to them. She uses this time to rest a bit and relax.
Virtues:
good listener, trustworthy, peacemaker, calm, think before speaking.
Flaws:
softhearted, indecisive, can be a bit suborn once she make sup her mind, can be overprotective. She only has 2 moods: perfectly calm and loving, and scarily cold and murderous.
Overall Personality:
The first impression you'll get when meeting Rosetta would be of the sweet innocent harmless girl who cant even defend herself. After a while you will realize that even thought she is quite sweet and will undoubtedly remind you of a loving big sister....she can be quite scary if you make her angry. She can be perfectly happy one second but if you do something that upsets her you better apologize quickly or get the hell out of there. How ever she is known to warn once when she is getting angry, so that should give you time to apologize. Thankfully it incredibly difficult to make her angry so she usually is in her calm, happy and perfectly lovely mood.
Personality key question: How would your character spend a rainy day?:
It would go something like this: Rosetta wakes up, stretches, blink a couple of times at the window, pulls up the covers and goes back to sleep. One hour later she wakes up again, this time she gets up, goes for a fluffy sweater to cuddle in and goes to the kitchen to make some hot cocoa. After she makes enough hot cocoa to last for the day she will go upstairs with a cup for her and one for her sister. She'll get in Lala's bed and tickle her till she is wide awake. After they have finished their chocolate Roro would go on a baking spree making everythign from cookies to brownies to pies to 3 floor cakes. In the late afternoon she would curl up in a sofa by the window and read a book out loud with her sister curled up by her side.
How do they dress?:
When Working: When helping around in a fight Rosetta will wear capri leggings, a long loose blouse and over that an open short kimono tied loosely around her waist.
When Cooking: She will wear a chef's coat made by herself, black capri leggings and long combat boots.
At Home: she will get a kimono tied loosely around her waist, get her favorite leggings on and go barefoot.
In winter:...it would be pretty much impossible to find Rose under so many layers of clothing. Unlike her sister, Rosetta HATES cold weather and she will wear as many pieces of clothing as she can manage.
Favorite Sayings: "Are you alright darling?", "Here, cookies make everything better -hands a cookie-", "Watch it honey, this Rose still has her thorns" (She always gives out one warning when getting angry), "Son of a batch of cookies!" (when swearing)
Vernacular: Rosetta speaks very calm and clearly, you will never catch her cursing not even when she is angry. Her voice is always warm and filled with care. How ever when angry her voice turns cold as ice and can actually give you the shivers.
Overall Style (Elegant, shabby etc.): Rosetta looks.....completely harmless and adorable. She will act calm, loving and caring but she can change in a fraction of a second. She will surprise you with her fighting skills, after all its almost impossible to think such a tiny woman to be capable of such strength.

Abilities: Rosetta has 2 strengths: 1st, despite her tiny size and petite frame she is quite strong and 2nd thanks to her size and body build her speed and agility are quite remarkable.
Currently she is working in the 2nd
Signature Technique: Something along the lines of concentrating all her reiki in a single spot (ex: her hands, her lips) and touching the person needing healing with said part of the body. It would be called Angel's touch or Angels Kiss. (or pixie, if i decide to use her nickname)
OR
Attuning her Reiki to that of the nature surrounding her so that she can know what's going on arroudn her with otu having to look.

Container: A silver Ring Bracelet with an oval pink tourmaline in the ring.
Reigen false-form: a long elegant whip with thorns. The threads of silver from the ring bracelet transform into vines that cover her whole hand, so it would be impossible for her to drop the whip. The tourmaline ring becomes hot pink and glows.
Release: Ysbryd Rhosyn I galwad am dy cymorth! (Spirit Rose i call for your aid!)
Reigen false-form ability: Besides the fact that being hit with a thorned whip hurts like hell and leaves an ugly scar, Rosetta is so skilled with it that she can use it as a third hand, which means it can be used to pick up things, restrain others...or choke whomever she got hold of.
Reigen true name:Brenhines am Rhos
Reigen true-form: The thorned vines creet all over her hand and arm until her shoulder and sink into her skin, the pink tourmaline becomes blood red. it looks as is she had a glove made of vines covering her whole arm.
Release: Brenhines-am Rhos anrheg-fi eich cryfder! (Queen of Roses give me your strength!) or I argheg-chi fy gwaed Brenhines am Rhos( I give you my blood Queen of Roses!)
Reigen true-form ability: The ability is quite different. This time if Rosetta touches anything with her hand the vines will shot forward and star twisting around her opponent, in less than 10 seconds the target will be completely covered in vines and the thorns will sink deep into their skin trying to feed of their blood.
This however puts a lot of stress in Rosetta's body since to summon the reigen true form she has to offer some of her own blood, if she keeps the true form activated for too long she will get really tired and loose control over the vines, eventually they will start creeping over her body and start drawing more of her reiki and blood. It goes with out saying this is not somethign good and if the vines are not stopped she could get killed, soooooooooo she tries not to use this ability and contents with using the false form.

Burn, with an inside flame.
Does she find the time to garden because she doesn't sleep much? I know it says somewhere that she's very busy with the soul army, bakery and her sister, so gardening seems a little unrelated.
I'd just like to say, her favourite sayings are kind of adorable, and I felt like they gave me a good picture of who she was.
I think her abilities could definitely use more work. How can she beat people to hell, especially ones which are stronger than her? Are their limits, or ways to work around that? How is she so powerful if her time is so divided? It seems like to be so strong in damage AND healing, something would have to be sacrificed.
I think maybe at the moment she's flipflopping between a healer and a fighter, and although I believe she may be able to pull off both, I'd like to understand where one finishes and the other begins. Is there any strain on her, switching between her techniques? Does she ever make mistakes? I think that her first choice of ability is more in tune with her other aspects than the second option. It almost sounds more like a reiki injection than healing, though; more like a shot of adrenaline for a human irl. How does the concentrated Reiki turn into healing, and not, say, a shock?
For my own curiosity's sake, what language is her Reigen in? Also, wouldn't it be more like a second hand, since it covers one of her hands in vines?... Is there any way to sever the vines, and if not, what would happen if someone were to grab on and not let go? What would the whip do in the face of someone with, perhaps, a telekinetic ability? Do the vines have other uses in the first form other than as a whip? What if, forbid, someone slices her hand off to stop the whip? The what-if-they-cut-it-off also applies to the second form. Are there any limits to the true form? Can things stop it, or evade it? What about fire? Since she has to offer up some of her blood for the true form, what are the effects on her (ex. is she weakened during battle, or weakened after it? Does draining the blood of her enemies heal the damage she did to herself in the sacrifice?)
Are you going to be filling out the Captain's form?
I think my biggest questions right now revolve around Rosetta's abilities in both healing and damage dealing. I'd like to understand her capacity for both, especially given her Reigen is all about damage, whereas her ability has healing potential. I think that if she's going to be both a healer and a fighter, there has to be some limit on them, or if she's going to "major" in one, then maybe the other field will take a hit as far as her skill or power is concerned. Just my thoughts, of course.
I'm not sure if Nightwish and Alice's Adventures in Wonderland exist in this world? Do they? xD;

i'll try to work on all that stuff....ooooonce i get back form work XD
As for the abilities..yes it needs a lot of work cause those were just the general ideas XD haven't found time to actually sit down and work it out x___x
