Es and Lanzer talked over the phone, and came to an agreement. It sounds like Es isn't allowed to say more than that.

The specifics of the situation cannot be disclosed, but Greg (Es) and Lanzer have reached an agreement on the issue, and thus resulted in the site being closed on Friday.

Specifics can not be disclosed, as he had mentioned on the announcement. I'm sure he has his reasons, but June 25th the site will be closed down.

Gaia can't lose money from DM. If anything, they MADE money as users bought fish just to be on the site. Either way, the details cannot be disclosed. It's no reason to quit. the guild will remain.
