Example: Name of Jutsu: Suiton: Kyoudan (Water Release: Assassin's Bullet) Classification: Ninjutsu. Rank: B-rank. Chakra Nature: Suiton. Effect: Offensive. Description: The user molds Suiton chakra in their chest. The uder then exhales the chakra in way so that the Chakra forms dense sharp water needles. The density, penetration, amount of Needle is dependent on how long you mold the chakra. This technique is called Assassin's bullet for the reason that after the blow of the needles takes place they deform, allowing the blood to flow from the wound. Requirements: Chunnin, and excellent chakra control. Range: 1 - 20m. Other: Additionally, it is handy in battle due to that it requires no hand seals. This also hides the cause of death looking as if someone had jabbed them with Senbon needles.

Description: The user creates a rasengan and infuses with raiton. The outcome is what looks like a spiraling chidori (for visualizing purposes.) This is stronger than a normal rasengan and upon contact it has the same grinding effect as rasengan but with the raiton it also shocks/burns the target. And the target would notice gashes along the area of impact due to the offensive nature of Raiton.

Effect: Offense
Description: The effect is similair to the Raiton: Rasengan but on a larger scale. The shuriken shape gives it a lethal cutting power and with the vibrating nature of the raiton it is increased. If the target is struck with the outter shuriken shape it will slash/gash the contact area along with numbing the area making it very hard to move from the nervous system being electrocuted. If the target is struck with the full force of the Raiton: Rasenshuriken the target gets the initial concussive effect while the raiton effect begins to happen. The target gets trapped in a vortex of lightning and small lightning like blade began to slash/ gash and pierce the target. This can cut muscles, tendons, causing the victim to be pretty much incapacitated usually leaving them unable to defend themselves.
Requirements: Master of both Shape and Nature manipulation and a lot of chakra.
Range: Close to Mid
Other: This ability takes up quite a bit of chakra to get the full desired affect but the chakra levels can be lessened for a lessened effect.

Description: Sends forth a strong soundwave from someone who uses a flute, the sound wave is amplified and can be seen as a purple like color, if one is caught in this attack they will be pushed back with a strong loud music tone.

Description: Akikos chakra will power up and her fists making her become stronger than normal. The chakra around her fist will form an orangey rawring dragon and goes away after throwing her first punch. Her punches would be able to affect masses bigger than average, despite her normal strength. When she punches the object, the impacts light will glow a bright orangey color. The blow of Akikos punch while in this form can send person flying.
Requirements: Chakra control, Hand seals

Other: Akiko can use this jutsu to move large objects.

Description: Akikos chakra will form a clear orange like barrier around her body causing her to be protected from minor jutsu. This technique can be protected by certain elements but if the element release is too strong the barrier could break and fail. This technique can be used only from certain C-rank and B-rank jutsus. The rest is unknown since she has never faced a S-rank or A-rank ninja.

Other: If the barrier becomes weak Akiko begins to feel weak as well.

Description: Dynamic Marking is a technique used by the Inuzuka clan. When their canine partners release a stream of urine on their target, the clan member can use their excellent sense of smell to locate their target no matter where they are. The urine itself is more dangerous than normal urine, because of its burning and strong sticky qualities.
This technique is mainly used as a set up for the Soutourou technique. When the clan member and canine familiar are spinning at such high speeds they are unable to see where they are going, but by using their nose they are able to locate their target with little trouble.

Description: The users sword can get covered in a layer of water so when the user send a slash or blow from a distance a crescent shape of water will fly out of the sword to attack the opponent.

Description: Yes a semi-cliche move like the Rasengan. This is a water skill where the user draws in water particles from the air or surrounding area, and forms it in the palm of their hand. An orb of extremely condensed water/liquid floats in the users hand. When the user strikes at the opponent, at the very last moment before contact, the liquid begins to spin at an enormously fast rate. Soon after, the liquid expands, into a deadly twister of water. The some of the liquid inside freezes and becomes thin needle like structures, that move with the wister. Thus piercing the enemy MANY times. The user may also stand in the hollow middle of this technique, the protect themselves. This skill only lasts for about 5-10 seconds depending on how much chakra was built up in the beginning stages of this technique.
Requirements: Water element Chakra, and to be Taught by Saiko Mashiro
Range: Before releasing the jutsu, about an arms length. After the release of the skill, it s a bout a 6-8 meter range.
Other: Can only be preformed 2-3 times depending on how much chakra was used at the start of the skill.

Description: The users sword can get covered in a layer of water so when the user send a slash or blow from a distance a crescent shape of water will fly out of the sword to attack the opponent.
Requirements: Water Element; Chuunin or higher

Other: The user isn't able to fight close distance because once engulfed in water it does much less damage.
Name of Jutsu: Uzumaki no Jutsu- Overhead Whirlpool

Classification: Ninjutsu

Description: The user can cup his/her hands over his head and out of the airs moisture will form a whirlpool a short period of time. The user can send it at an opponent without it breaking shape. (Almost like a spinning top)
Requirements: Water element; Chuunin or higher; Moist air.

Other: The users focus cannot leave the jutsu or else the water will fall apart and the jutsu will fail.

Description: Acts just like the blade of fire but with fire element.
Requirements: Fire element.

Other: While being engulfed in flame, the sword itself can actually cause damage.
Name of Jutsu: Sword Barrier Technique
Classification: Ninjutsu

Chakra Nature: None
Effect: Defense
Description: The user can use his/her sword as a 'umbrella' and cause a force field to form around the user protecting him/her from minor jutsu's and attacks.
Requirements: Weapon. Chuunin or higher.
Range: Depends on the focusing of the user, Max: 30 min.
Other: The barrier cannot protect itself from S or A-ranked attacks, it can be broken. They look fine but when you have range you say like 5 mins or 15 mins. Are you saying they last that long? Yes, its how long they last. and I also put the actual range, sorry for the confusion there. Remove the time they last. Its a bit much to have that shield around you for so long for example. I mean if so it should constantly drain you of chakra. And to have a whirlpool just floating around for 30 min.
