A rather small library though has much information on past Kumo Shinobi,clans relative to Kumo,and various general information amongst the Shinobi world. Although,there is a restricted section behind the library that has some information on forbidden jutsu's and stolen documents from other villages.

Senkei entered the library and looked at the librarian " Um, excuse me, but could I have a Puppet book..." he said as the lirarian stood up and gave it to him, she then looked at him I was hoping someone would come and pick this up... she said as Senkei walked out.

Rion ran into the building and glanced around spying a card catalog Rion opened drawer after drawer looking for cards refuring to the Nara clan and the abilitys to manipulate shadows. Finding a few cards that indicated good leads Rion made his way quickly to the indicated sections pulling out both books and scrolls. Taking the rather large selection Rion looked at them "The Kage wants the scroll with the jutsu." Rion darted from book to book on the table darting quickly over the information seeing if there was any jutsu. Rion spotted one of the scrolls he pulled out of the arcives, the scroll had seals on it but the name of the jutsu was smuged and unreadable.The details for the jutsu contained the word shadow several times. Rionwent over the hand seals quickly in his mind mimicing them with his hands Rion nodded rolling the scroll back up and left the Library.
