Personality: Generally outgoing and surrounded by women for his charm and good looks, Raven can be very generous when it comes to spoiling those he likes. He looks like he has a love of the gym, keeping his pipes properly built up yet not super huge, a healthy amount to be impressive. He has a slightly stocky but powerful frame, big but not body builder massive. He loves to break dance with extreme moves that one could find being used in battle easily... although he's hardly ever had to get violent, his size usually deters people anyway. He's fairly slow to anger but he does have his buttons. When he's frustrated he can be an a** although... it's not uncommon to see him in that state.
He actually hides his true self behind that playful, womanizer attitude, playing himself shallow and living it up the way he sees fit. He actually doesn't have a sexual preference when it comes to men or women, but he definitely reacts to those that flock to him at the Den. When he's not having fun at the den by ripping up the tracks, he's usually mulling around in the Shinigami recruiting center, having a drink and being on the stoic, non-talkative side. And when there's no one around, it's safe to assume he's down in the gym sweating up a storm. Or, every now and then he goes out and helps charities building homes for the homeless, or being a 'big brother' when he knows no one is keeping an eye on him.
Fears: Work. Funny as it sounds, his job is his play! Being a DJ at the Dragon's Den is the best job he could have hoped for and walks around as if he owns the place. Of course he tries to keep that attitude in check around Jack his boss, after all... why get kicked out of his favourite playground? He hates laborious jobs although he could easily handle any of it. Other than that... he's pretty hard headed when it comes to things people are normally afraid of, just doesn't seem to faze him.
He doesn't allow people to see who and what he really is beyond the confident, charming, playful womanizer he tends to be on a daily basis at the Den. He knows the pain that comes with losing someone close and deeply trusted, so he tends to avoid getting close to people.
However, despite that, he's gotten himself close to two people now. Kaori has looked out for him for a long time and he knows that she always will be around for him, they share a sibling sort of relationship. Jack, his boss, has wormed his way into the DJ's heart as well. And while Raven isn't always too sure about why or what Jack is thinking, he is pretty much accepting of Jack's advances.
Weaknesses: He's not overly receptive to conversation... a selective listener and rather stubborn in his ways. Sometimes things go in one ear and out the other, which also makes him a little poor on the communications side of things but he can always be counted on to catch what's most important and respond accordingly. Sometimes he doesn't bother responding at all and no one really knows if he does that on purpose or if he can't help it. Some suspect that his hearing has been damaged by the loud speakers at the club but no one has actually been brave enough to mention it.
History/Bio: He started working at the Dragon's Den before it was actually called the Dragon's Den. He seems to have always been there no matter who took up management of the place and what staff has come and gone. Rumor has it that he grew up using the Den as his own house since he was young kid.
Additional Info/ abilities:Raven has the ability to shape shift into different animal forms, all the animals that he changes into are nearly all black or exclusively black. His favourite choice is that of the ebony raven of course, but he's been known within the clan to carry others as a horse and even has a water form as a rarely seen dolphin and a more deadly form of a Jaguar.
The ability allows him to absorb the D.N.A of whatever creature he chooses and change his structure, he has the potential to take on other people's appearances but has so far not bothered with that aspect having no need to use it yet.
With this sort of talent, he could easily infiltrate and spy on nearly any sort of operation.
Raven knows that no normal human is capable of such a talent and has no idea how he came to have such an ability, but knows that the answer lies with people he can't find.
Weapon(s) of Choice: His fists mainly, he packs a powerful punch, he doesn't play hard not to fight with all he's got.... if absolutely needed.
He'll use tactics he's learned over the years when it comes to break dancing, so don't doubt that he knows how to land hits using other various parts of his anatomy.
Raven has come to acquire a rather interesting sword. When not in use it is a pendant that hangs from a silver chain that he wears around his neck. When he releases it from this easy to carry form, it simply grows into a bigger version of the pendant itself. A nearly all black short but broad sword with silvery white edging.
