Next to the Taichou and Fuku Taichou's quarters, this is the third largest building within the walls of the Division. Since the Thirteenth boasts one of the largest companies of Shinigami, the Barracks was erected to house all of them. Any Shinigami that is Third Seat and below have quarters within the Barracks, and the Third Seat is charged with watching over it.
