 A simple area, in a cherry blossom forest, right behing the regular training grounds. A really peaceful place, covered by a reiatsu shield, in order to avoid outside interferences, for now. Designed specially for the "Meditation and Reiatsu Analysis and Detection Training".

Kai walked into the training grounds, and made her way to the furthest zone of the area. There was a forest, all covered up by Sakura Trees. This was the perfect place for a little training she had in mind. She saw some lack of focus and teamwork in her squad, so she, while being a Temp. Captain, decided to begin a simple meditation training, allowing Squad 13 members to get better at detecting and reading reiatsus. And then, in time, applying it to the normal sparring, just as she did long time ago.
This first meditation was only one of many ideas Kai had in mind for this training. She hoped for all the Squad members to join her. So, she sat down, below one of the trees, leaning against the wall, and closed her eyes, focusing all her energy on this meditation, while she waited for her partners.

Ed walks up to Kai. "Hey captain" Ed said sitting by her. "So what are we gonna do captain" Ed said focusing his reistu into his core.

Peace became interrupted by Ed's arrival. Kai's focus, nevertheless, stood the same. She slowly opened her eyes. The heavy atmosphere surrounding her vanished. "Welcome Ed." she replied, smilling. Then, she stood up softly...and continued explaining..."Well, I was planning some simple training, in order to get to know the whole squad, working on the teamwork and, on top of the list, improve your reiatsu detection and analysis" she began walking in front of Ed, with her arms crossed..."This will give you some control on your own reiatsus, plus you'll be able to sense the enemies' reiatsu and, according to this, knowing how it will react to an attack...". She stopped walking and concluded..."This shall help with the main objective of our squad...detecting enemy attacks sooner, being able to counterattack."

Ed thought about what Kai said. "Yea you a right about that". Ed said standing up looking at the sakura tree. "What do we do now" Ed said sitting down

" Mind if i join your meditation session " came a voice that too few people are able to hear nowadays.
Etzio kaicho the captain for the stealth and assassinations division stands next to the temporary captain with her hands in her pockets, a smile on her face that says " Ha you didnt expect me to be here did you "

Kai watched as another shinigami approached them. Her reiatsu seemed...strong, confident, but soft. "Not at all, taichou, welcome to Squad 13", Kai took a wild guess. She didn't know all the Captains, but she seemed strong and with experience. She then added, in a calm tone..."Actually no, but the more the merrier...I'm glad I'm able to get to know more Captains." she smilled softly. "I'm Shirayama Kai, pleased to meet you", she introduced herself, bowing softly.
She turned quickly to Ed, and answered his doubts..."Well Ed, I was hoping to wait for someone else...", she recalled reading another form of another member of the squad...a girl named Shanoa, and also she heard about a new member, who should be around the squad... "but if you want, we can begin without them...they can catch up quickly..." she said softly.

" Ehh, Not too many formailities around me please, the maximum i ask is that you call me captain, ive never been too fond of all these lieutenants and lower bowing like there kissing there feet whenever i pass them, it kinda gets on my nerves, But i thank you for your respect towards me " She says as she sits down,

"Oh, sorry, taichou...", she apologized..."it's just that I'm too used to the formalities..." she recalled, being trained to be like that since she was little. That didn't change the fact of being able to get to know the captains. She offered her a sit, right below the tree shadow. A fresh breeze crossed by, blowing the little sakura blossoms around them..."So, may I ask your name and, what brings you to our squad, taichou?" she asked softly, unconsciously trying not to be rude.

" My name is Etzio De'Pollo Kaicho, Captain of squad Two, Stealth & Assassinations, and im here to meditate, I heard your meditation grounds were top class from a fellow captain, i believe he is your captain " She replies as she crosses her legs,
Etzio seems like an average captain, However never seems to carry a zanoactou, This always made people who faught her curious, A captain who doesnt carry a zanpactou, Thats just dangerous,

She watched her surroundings, in case someone else were going to attend the session...apparently the other two were going to arrive later...she sighed and asked the two already there..."Should we begin, or would you like me to wait for the others?".

"Well then, please take a sit, with your legs crossed, right in front of me...like a meter apart form each other..." she explained as she walked slowly..."...your arms resting on your thighs softly, your back straight, but relaxed....search for a comfortable position, not a forced one..." she finished explaining, with a soft voice, as she waited for them to assume the position...

walks around and notices few people from his squad and passes them while holding his left arm on his zanpaktou hilt, afther few steps Zexion sits down and crosses his legs to set his body in meditation pose.When zexion moved his zanpaktou from his left side of his belt and placed it on his legs Zexion started meditating and while meditating Zexion got in his inner world which was covered in black colour without anything else,soon Zexion's zanpaktou appeared and they started to train in Zexion's inner world.

As Kai gave the instructions, she noticed that a guy had just arrived the training grounds. She recognized him from the previous form she filled. One of the new members of the squad. He got into his own meditation mode. She just sighed. He seemed pretty focused. This was a training for reiatsu localization and analysis. both Ed and Etzio-taichou were already meditating in the first level. Kai walked towards the newcomer and, as he continued on his inner world, she increased her own reiatsu level, which bursted quite a bit, as a way to disturb the meditation Zexion's had already begun, but without any future consecuences. Just to catch his attention.
