Welcome to where all the magic happens, folks! Our very own event ideas thread!
We will almost certainly be holding another Awareness Week in the future, and would love to hold many mini-events between now and whenever that may be. Post here to suggest or chat about ideas you have, either for AW or mini-events. The ideas don't have to be elaborate or well-planned; this thread is just for putting things out there and getting feedback.
For working out more concrete plans, feel free to create an individual thread for your idea, and I'll post links to those threads in the post below.

Well I have a couple of ideas, many of which werw inspired by by our other events;a day in the life of an animated.
Also a story contest about what is your favorite area in zOMG!/ or a dress your avatar up to represent an area.
the best sightseeing spots in zOMG!( a screenshot and then why its the best scenic spot in the game).
I had some more but I can't remember them right now.

I think an art contest might be fun; the splash screen contest the Devs had produced had some amazing entries!
Maybe the task would be to mesh two animated together and draw the concept, so that creativity could even out drawing ability some what.
I like the idea of the sightseeing spots a lot heart

How about a writing contest? i remembered the zomg awareness event and it said rally had more than zomg! and we wish that more people play zomg. how about making a story about why we like zomg and what's good the people in zomg and stuffs? i think it will make more people play zomg. smile (ps. sorry if my idea is not nice.. T^T)

We should have an event where everyone goes to gold beach on a certain server so that the LANDSHARK (aka freight train with teeth that goes OMNOMNOMNOMNOM) appears and we all get rewards for killing him. pirate twisted twisted pirate

During Awareness week, we kept triggering all of the mini events because there were so many of us in the same area. I think that we could get enough people together from the guild alone to spawn Landy.

T^T) Or a group story forum thread where each person adds one sentence to the story in their post (and nobody does 2 sentences in a row) until it's done. Could provide some insights into what everyone enjoys about zOMG. Or at least be fun.

or a gaia avi contest and then we all vote for the best avi and we have a top list of avi´s in the guild
that would be cool maybe add some other stuff to it like prizes or something like that
