xxx (Hair Style) this is the only part I'm really hoping the artist will take into consideration

xxxxx cap (something that bears semblance to the hood/bell of a jellyfish; coming out the
xxxxx sides would be her actual "hair", which I'd like to look like a mix of actual hair-like
xxxxx material, tentacles, and oral arms of varying lengths and widths.
