Cecil, the strange giant half-rat half... wallaby? Lord, no one knows what he is, lives deep in the forest, guarding a bridge across a gaping crack in the earth, filled with crystalline waters.
He charges a toll of a few berries now and then, but is largely in the business of looking for company. On his previous meetings with Feli-kind, Cecil befriended the seraphim siblings Venezia and Ptol, and has become a beloved companion of the shy Bolha.
Though often off picking up various bits of "junk" to add to his collection, if ever you were to look for him, at his bridge is your best bet. And who knows, if he likes your Feli, maybe part of his collection will become theirs!
