Personality: Easy going, hes not one to really be strict or anything but from time to time he will put his foot down if need be. He seems to always wear a smile though, no matter what is at hand.

Physical Description: Baros stands around 6'2" and seems quite slim for a man of his stature. Though under his clothes he wears he is quite toned and though his slim body hides it he is quite strong.
Zanpakuto Name and Sealed Description:Kukinoyona Hyou ( Ethereal Hail ) The sword has a blade with a black hue to it. The guard strongly resembles a pair of angel wings, inlaid with ivory.
Zanpaku-to Sword Type: Balanced (offensive/defensive)
Zanpaku-to Element: Ice, his reiatsu is a sheening white reflecting what is around it when he releases it.
Shikai: "Shield, Kukinoyoa Hyou"
The sword seems to have no changes too it but when Baros enters shikai it is his physical appearance that changes. His clothes change from their black to a white that seems to shimmer as the light hits it, as if it were ice, though his white clothes, including his hair, change to a deep black that bears the same sheen the white does.
Funsai Hyou (Shattered Ice) : Creates a veil of ice from the moisture in the air, allowing him to do what he needs with it, he can either send the ice particles as projectiles as sharp as his sword or form them into a barrier to protect himself.
Bankai Phrase/Description:"Mottekuru Kotta Ame, Kukinoyoa Hyou" or "Bankai"

After the phrase is spoken, his sword changes into a sword that is made of pure ice, though it seems broken in places and seems to carry a life of its own as the pieces that are broken off will float above the hilt making a sword in its own right. A veil of what looks to be mist surrounds him and clings tightly to his clothes and skin, the truth be told it is a barrier of ice that is able to take quite large amounts of punishment, either stopping weak attacks all together or weakening stronger attacks.
He retains the ability to do the attacks from his shikai, as his bankai gives him the ability to control more ice and also allows him to manipulate full bodies of water to provide for his needs.
Attacks:
Uchikudaku Hyou: His sword splits into two allowing him to have two swords instead of one, pulling the water around him to tailor the swords to his whim.
Tojikome Hyou: Encases his body in a thick layer of ice, while slowing him down a little it fortifies what is already defending his body into a complete and solid mass of armor.

An energy rope entangles the target's arms.

Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it.

Engulfs the target in red light, completely paralyzing them.

1: Shō (衝, Thrust)
Pushes the target away from the caster.
4: Byakurai (白雷, Pale Lightning)
The user fires a concentrated, powerful lightning bolt from their finger.

Electric current flows through any object the user touches and is able to lead electricity, damaging any target that is in contact with the object the current runs through.

Bio:
Baros was born in Czechoslovakia, to give a broad area, he lived quite the luxurious life from birth. His parents were millionaires and treated him to anything he wanted, though as he grew up he grew to despise his mother because of how strict she was on what he could and could not do, and when he turned the age of 18 he moved out as quickly as possible, and with his fathers backing, he had the money to move to wherever he wanted too, he was in most literal and non literal terms, his fathers child. When he had finally decided on where to go it had been Germany that would be his final destination. After arriving he found a small apartment to live in that would be his base of operations for the next few months until he found a job, little did he know that this job would be in one of the major companies that his father owned. While unaware of the fact that his father was the owner of this company he quickly progressed through the ranks with his fathers unknown help. When he finally became president of the company not 3 years later he ended up finding out, though he had no objection he was just mildly upset that it hadn't been his own hard work that had gotten him there. It was not too long after when his father asked him to go on a business trip with him to showcase some of his new and upcoming items that would be going on sale. Though he seemed exited in the back of his head he had the small voice that no one listens too saying it was going to end quite horribly. Though he ignored this voice the trip there seemed to go quite smoothly without any problems that caused too much trouble, a few with checking into the airport and the hotel when they got there, nothing major. But it was after the showcase that things started to go awry, a storm started to pick up and it was suggested that they make their way to the hotel and get inside quickly as the storm could be of quite dangerous nature, as they got into their hotel the storm turned for the worse as winds started to pick up violently and ended up rattling the window of their room quite vigorously, it is at this point in time, that Baros himself forgets what happened, as whatever it was caused a small case of amnesia and he doesnt remember much of what happened until he woke up, who knows how much longer, in the Seireitei, he started to do some digging and found out just about everything he needed to know and has been on the hunt for the Shinigami that brought him here so that maybe he could find out what happened. But after finding out what would be what, he promptly joined the academy, finding that he was skilled in Kido he decided to focus more on that then swordsmanship, though do not underestimate he was still quite high in his classes rankings in that section of the academy.
