 This just wasn’t fair any more, one minute he was from a pack that didn’t’ think him noble enough and then the next he could smell females almost all around him! In every direction Vaughn ran his mind was pledged with memories and scents of females that he oh wished to forget, he could feel his hind legs start to give out as he tried his hardest to chase away the horrible nightmares of females. Glancing around Vaughn knew he was just going crazy; it had to been because it couldn’t have been possible for him to wake up and be surrounded by females so easily, and so quickly!
Finally coming to a stop Vaughn felt like he was panting himself into a coma, what was he suppose to do fall into his craziness of being alone and just deal with the females? He knew they weren’t there so how could he deal with them! This just wasn’t fair! Fate was picking on him now and he couldn’t even fight back. Oh if his father could see him now, all the wrongs he had done in a former pack and this was the worst; going nuts.
This is what happens to lone wolves right, they just snap?
Shaking his head wildly Vaughn forced himself t stand, ‘No I won’t let that happen…’

 She had traveled far from her packs lands on another recruiting mission. Any worthy wolf she came across she would speak with, hoping to spread the word of Antianeira across more of Telk. Generally the pack had previously kept to themselves, sisters ventured out from time to time to seek out a male to breed with or to find out of any threats that the pack needed to be concerned with. But now, that the pack was still small after being reformed the Queen was forced to venture out more and more, sometimes sending her beta's out as well, in an attempt to recruit more females to the ranks - and slaves if a suitable male was found.
Penthesilea could have sent one of her other sisters out today, but she had decided to go herself. For in time she would need to stick closer to the dens to have her pups, but since it was still very early in her pregnancy she more than welcomed the exercise and time alone. It allowed her to think, the relax and to stay in shape. She was happy with how things were going, her consort wasn't perfect, but really what male was. Of course her thoughts were brought to a halt as she spotted something up ahead. Another wolf she was certain of it, and a male for that matter. She reflexively growled at the thought of the first wolf she saw today being a male. Worthless bastards they were. The feathered Queen moved forward, silently closing in on the male, she would catch him by surprise and have a little fun.

Vaughn was going nuts, he could feel it he was just going to snap and do something stupid! What kind of stupid, he didn’t know but he did know that he needed to meet with someone, anyone… He’d prefer it not to be female but right now he could feel his nerves eating away at another thought of being alone. Panting Vaughn slowed stopping, alright so he had another fear that was being created a fear of being alone. Gosh he was pathetic, so useless and worthless and… And what else did his father call him? ‘Great now I’m thinking about my father…’ Growling Vaughn couldn’t help but feel hatred for himself and his pack, what was he doing with his life?
Plopping onto the ground his big body didn’t collapse from being out of breath or out of strength he just couldn’t stop his mind from turning from one thing to another. Everything was so fresh in his mind he felt like he was still in his pack listening to his mother go on and on about praising females, and his father in the background grunting and growling at all the pups in the pack. Maybe if he could just beg- ‘No!’ His growl grew into a loud howl his hatred dripping from every second it lasted.

Penthesilea continued to creep forward on silent paws. She could see the other wolf clearly now through the trees, his blue pelt made his stick out on the green background of the forest. Her growl rumbled in her throat again, lips were curled back showing her teeth. With a final burst of speed Penthesilea came leaping out from the bushes landing not far from the blue male. This close to him she could feel her anger rising even more. She began to circle him as if he were a cornered prey animal. "What are you doing here?" She snapped at him with both words and teeth. She could tell just by looking at him that this male would be a pushover, which was quite disappointing.

Out of nowhere this female came, Vaughn could feel his blood leave his whole body in a rush which left him breathless and light headed. Automatically Vaughn felt himself starting to pant and shake, she was going to kill him on the spot no problem! She seemed like a master at it! “I-I swear!” Pant, “I wasn’t doing anything, nothing important… I’m no one!” And it was true, his family made him a weak minded no one who was going to die easily by a crazy female wolf who hated him off the bat. Biting his tongue Vaughn could feel his gag reflex start to push his empty stomach into action, this wasn’t good if he threw up in front of the female that means he was defiantly going to pass out.

Penthesilea snapped at the male once more. "Damn right you are a no one." She continued to circle about him, as if to only delay his death for a few moments longer, taking pleasure in his torment. "All males are worthless scum of no importance." And while she knew deep, deep down that wasn't true he didn't need to know that. After all some males had their purposes, such as the slaves who served her sisters and her consort as well. But this male however didn't fall under either of those categories, and therefore was instantly deemed lower than low.
"What are you doing near my land?" She questioned him with a snarl. Her eyes stared into him as she came to a stop in front of him, standing in a position that indicated she was ready to pounce on him should he make the wrong move or say the wrong words.

Wincing Vaughn did his very best to stand still, he wanted to make sure he wasn’t going to be miss leading or even seem threatening. Taking in a deep breath Vaughn set his nose to the ground, this female was the scariest thing he could ever think up and as he did his best to breath calmly Vaughn couldn’t help but feel his heart beat faster. “I… I was just wondering…” Gulping Vaughn focused on the ground, this was the part where Vaughn would either throw up or faint but surprising from the last few weeks alone Vaughn finally had the gals to be the smallest amount of stronger.
“I… Do disagree with males being pointless…” glancing up Vaughn did his best to not cry, or howl out a wail of sheer panic, “We can help with the breeding process… A-and… Help with protecting a female while she might be giving birth… Or even give them a break from their busy lives of being so…” Gulp glance, faint, “Of being so fearsome.”

Her tail flicked in frustration of this male and his words, but she didn't attack...yet. No she could continue to torment him mentally before moving onto the physical. Arguing with her that males were not pointless was of course the stupidest thing he could do. "Worthless breeding fodder." She growled anger rippling through her body like waves in the ocean. She damn well know that males were needed to breed, that's why she had taken on a consort and so far her consort had served her well as pups now grew in her belly.
"You think I need protection from a male?" This made her laugh, though it wasn't laughter of joy but more of mockery. "That is something that is left to the sisters, we need no break from being what we are you stupid male."

“A-again I disagree…” Biting his tongue Vaughn glanced around at the ground trying to at least distract his mind from the pending attack, he knew it was coming or maybe worse she was just going to torture him through his fear. “You are built to be stronger and live longer, and even heal faster, you are the obvious stronger one but…” Gulping Vaughn was doing his best not to pass out onto the ground.
His body swayed as he slowly lowed to the ground, “We can help you, by letting you take a break from being so stronger… It isn’t a bad thing for males to be needed… In fact from my point of view females are the obvious scary ones…”
‘s**t I hadn’t meant to say scary!’ Glancing up at the female he could feel his body empty of blood, he was surely going to die now.

"Of course we are stronger! For we are the superior gender." She snarled at the clearly stupid male. Penthesilea wasn't always this harsh with the males she encountered, but ever since she became pregnant her temper towards them was even shorter than before. As the male lowered himself to the ground Penthesilea took a step forward so that she was practically standing over top of him, her face held somewhat close to his, snarl on her maw. "I do not need males in my life! That is what the sisterhood stands for, a life free of worthless creatures like yourself." At his words of her being scary the Queen nearly laughed but instead she pulled her head back a bit, looking into his eyes. "Do you fear me whelp?!" She questioned before snapping her teeth painfully close to his face.

Jumping back Vaughn fell over the dead weight of his back legs, letting out a small yelp in the processes. This wasn’t good; this female was going to kill him he could not faint at all! Biting his tongue Vaughn did his best to try and think about something else aside from passing out, and aside from this terrifying female before him. “I-I…I um…” Nodding Vaughn couldn’t even get in a full sentence a form of full words, why was he do weak when it came to female wolves! He just wanted to be a strong outstanding proud male that could do right by his female, or by his pack… His family but nooo!
