what would you say the move type of metronome is?
even though it says it is a normal type move, it can be any can't it?

No. Metronome is Normal. It may use a random move of any type, but it is essentially a Normal type move.
It doesn't change type as you use it, so it will always be Normal.

Well, if it uses say, blizzard, is it not super effective against a flying type?
woudln; that mean the type changed to suit the type?
Im not sure, caus eI've never done any rsearch on it xd
but, my instinct tells me that the type changes when it selects a move.
as such. a clefariy wouldn't gain stab on blizzard, if it did stay normal, then you could get stabbed outrage and stuff xd
one time i was fighting a clefable and it got doom desire... eek I didnt know what it was at the time, so I tried ot kill it as quickly as possible, since it was a charg move...
I ende dup killing it in time.
I looke dup the move and its like future sight, except stronger and takes an extra turn to activate.
but the fact that metonome even give syou access to legendary move sis cool, eve if you dont have good odds xd

Yes Blizzard would still be super effective. However, It does not change Metronome's type. It's still Normal.
It'd be like if Clefairy knew all these damage inducing moves and is using one at random.
Unless the move that Metronome chooses is Normal, just like Clefairy, than Clefairy wont get STAB.

Metronome is a Normal-type move that lets you pick any move... so, it's a normal type... it doesnt matter what it changes into, the initiating move was still normal. Just like Mirror Move or whatever the crap it's called. It's a flying, and then changes into whatever the foe uses, but the initiating move was flying, so it's a flying type move... Again, thats my opinion, whether or not that's right is up to the leader...
