If my calculations are correct (Which they might not be... heh heh) season 8...
-Will have a McGeekle centered finale
-Will have either Palmer, Vance, or Jack die. ( =( )
-Will most likely answer thee Tiva questions
-Will most likely have McAbby
But as I said, this is not accurate. Just my guesses. So if they're all wrong, please don't get mad at me.

Oh, I so hope you're wrong about who's biting the dust? I'd be crushed if Jack died. And, though it took me some time, I do like Vance. Palmer, he's kinda nerdy and I don't pay much attention to him, but I'd still be sad if he went. Hmm...how about Ziva's dad? I don't much care for him. He can die and I'd be cool. lol
There needs to be more Tiva. It kinda went away for awhile and that made me sad, too. McAbby, yay!

I hope I'm wrong about the death part too. I also kinda like Vance now. If will be quite upset if any of them died.
