If you got pissed at Sticky(temporary Follower at Fallout 3)only because he was very Annoying,
What will you do to him?
.Kill Him (Incinerate,Slice,Head Shot, Explode Him, etc.)
.Let Him be killed by an Enemy.
.Mesmetron Him and make him a slave.
.Use Speech to Him.

For me, I will destroy his corpse into pieces (make sure u got Bloody Mess perk), and Boom his Head.
