It works like this:
Simply post something that would go to the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office.
So-and-So At approximately 2:26pm, a muggle was overheard complaining to a neighbor about a watering can that sprayed them instead of their garden.
or
So-and-So Near midnight of yesterday, a muggle found a 'whale-it' on the street which quite possibly was rigged with the hatchlings of a magical creature. It is unclear what creature at the moment. Please investigate.

A 3:26 am, a muggle was awoken by a screaming women who was excited of the idea of a "Night Bus". When, however, the muggle looked out of a window the woman walked onto the street and disappeared. We both know that she stepped onto the bus and the disappearance of the women needs a memory charm to be cast of the muggle.

A muggle complained about their tea-pot singing the 'I'm a little tea pot' song and maling other strange noises.

Yesterday around tea time, a muggle woman was reported to be brought into a 'pole-eese' station where she rambled about a "telephone box" and a "phone like a cobra". We have altered the woman's memory but someone needs to check the supposed "telephone box". Enclosed is the 'pole-eese' report.

Three days ago, a muggle "male-man" was depositing letters into a "male-box", when the box clamped down on his arm and refused to let go. Current negotiations are being made; however, they are not going well due to the fact that it is so hard to understand, with the muggle's arm up to his shoulder in the box.

At 2:30 PM, a muggle child went into a telephone booth and messed with the numbers. He had pressed 62442. As you know, this is the code to enter the Ministry.
