 Lumiere alternated between slithering and flying as she roamed the night on the outskirts of Anstromi Village. She did not have an owner, instead preferring to survive on her own in the wilderness, as opposed to those who lived on the streets. There was a rave tonight, and she was going. Humans and dragons alike shared a love for raves. She even blended in perfectly, as a glow similar to a blue glowstick emanated from inside her feathers and armor. Blood vessels were visible, but no internal organs, as the glow came from inside the armor and feathers only. Her eyes were a shocking blue, and near the glowing armor, themselves appeared to glow, though they actually did not give off their own light. The rave was set to start soon. Lumiere ignored the so called 'obligations' of her Clan. She had fled from home long ago, memories of being a loyal member of the clan long behind her. Now, all she wanted was to have a little fun.

 Smooka glided to Anstromi Village on his way to a rave. He wasn't too keen on many others in small areas, but hopefully he'd just be able to blend in, and why not he practically looked like a red glow stick. And anything, absolutely anything was better than spending the night arguing with Kalaghata with his sarcastic attitude that always tended to creep Smooka out. He honestly couldn't tell when the other quetzal was telling a lie or the truth, Smooka didn't like that fact.
Out of the corner of his eye he cough a blue glow in the distance. He didn't think too much of it, probably just another florescent dragon headed to the rave.

Lumiere noticed the fellow quetzal in the distance, who had a similar glow to her own, except for the fact that it was red. She altered her course as they both moved to get a closer look, and soon was close enough to see him in more detail. She could tell that he was male, and gave him elevator eyes while in motion, as they seemed to both be heading to the rave. Well, she already liked his contrasting glow...
As they arrived at the rave, she thought, 'Let's see if he can dance...'. Dragons danced in their own intricate ways, their grace and precision left over from when they had been wild animals, the most graceful dancer surviving the most of the deadly mating dances done in some dragon populations, thus passing down their grace and agility. It was not the foolish jumping up and down that many humans seemed to do; it was an art form all on its own.

along the ground moved four dragons, all headed for the same place, The Rave. All had been brought together by a passion for techno. The four were pumped up for the rave and talking animatedly among themselves.
DJ SnowKat stood at the groups center, her glowsticks around her wrist and her headphones around her neck as always. under the black lights, her white scales gave the appearance of glowing though they didn't really. Her bright blue eyes darted from dragon to dragon as she spoke to each, She was popular at raves and she knew it, though it never affected her good, fun-loving nature.
DJ Heart-breaker stood on DJ SnowKats left side eying her enviously. what she wouldn't give to be in he place. DJ SnowKat had everything and thought nothing of it. She growled contemptuously and turned her thoughts away from her and towards the coming rave. Just the thought of it filled her with energy, She shook herself in excitement her black and pink scales glistening in the lights that dotted the street, her dark blue eyes cast forward, grinning as they neared the building. she could already feel the ground thumping beneath her feet
Tori walked on DJ's right side, chatting with the other three that accompanied him to the rave. As far as he was concerned, he was the life of the party, and all these girls had come just for the chance to dance with him. His pelt was far more brilliant than any others, His entire body glowed a brilliant white with many magnificent colors pulsing in complicated pattens to match the beat of the music.
Avimix followed beside Tori, but lagged behind the others a bit. This was her first rave, but she had heard the music and loved it, though she really didn't know what to expect. She wasn't nearly as brightly colored as the other dragons that she walked with and was afraid that she wouldn't fit in as well.

Inside the building a bold beats pulsed and flickering lights danced and so did the patrons.
At first Smooka kept to himself in the corner but couldn't help to find the music's rhythm irrefutable and started to grove and flow with the music.

The moment Lumiere had arrived at the rave, she had felt the beat in the air. The music found itself in her ears, and her tail swished to the beat. She noticed when Smooka got on the dancefloor and started to dance. She slowly moved closer to him, under the guise of moving to the music and dancing. Spinning, flairs with her wings, tail swishing, she used her body as her tool to move and show the world the true art of dancing.
But truly graceful moves required two. Even if Smooka did not have a great skill of dancing, all quetzals had an instinctual grace about them.

Smooka wasn't too enthralled with the pulsing music to have not noticed Lumiere finding her quite gorgeous, so he decides to be a bit ballsy and try to look like he knows what he's doing by doing twirls and quick moves that still followed the rhythmic beat or the music

Lumiere had made it to Smooka's general vicinity. She noticed that although he wasn't doing any risky moves, he had the natural grace and agility of their species. "Nice moves. But I bet they're better with two," she said, giving him a coy smile. Her tail continued to softly swish, and her markings softly pulsated between dull shades of blue.

Smooka's tail swished eagerly but he still turned red... well redder then he normally is. He manage to somewhat confidently say "Sure, if you think you can keep up" his heart was beating in his ears so loud he almost couldn't hear the music.

"Oh, I do think it might be you who has to worry about keeping up...." Lumiere smiled again, before starting. She started off light and gradual, keeping with the beat, but keeping it easy for Smooka. She made sure that there was the occasional brush of a wing or tailfeather on him, as she began to make the dance more complicated.

Smooka followed Lumiere's movements hoping he could find a pattern and possibly lead. He didn't find it, instead he found that the dance was becoming harder. When Lumiere would brush against him, he worried that he was doing it wrong, he thanked his lucky stars that neither of them had feet so no worries about crushed toes.

Lumiere noticed that Smooka was having minor troubles keeping up as effortlessly as she did, so she made the dance a bit easier and kept it there. To any onlookers, however, it was a beautiful dance, blue and red lights combining to make purple light in some areas.

Smooka found the dance getting to a manageable point. He was paying attention to only Lumiere and the music nothing else in the whole building would be able to pry him from this dance.

Lumiere noticed that the song would end soon. That simply would not do, but she couldn't do anything about it without breaking the dance of blues, reds, and purples. She didn't notice that there was a large amount of humans and dragons watching them in awe.

Smooka hearing the song slow like it was going to end made him realize he had no idea how to end a dance! None what so ever! He panicked but then figured Lumiere once again would know how and he would do fine if he followed her movements.
