I feel like a total idiot by asking this but here it goes...
Well you know how an Serebii.net theres some moves your pokemon can't learn by leveling up but can learn through the move tutor? Is there a particular level your pokemon have be be at before you can learn these moves? It doesn't say anything about it but most of my pokemon wont learn a single move on that list. Only moves it learned at lower lvls.
