This is where the villagers come when they desire to become shinobi or seek for a teacher. Here, an academy student may take a genin exam with a NPC but that is if, and only if, there isn't anyone who can test the academy student for the genin test. The rules of the genin testing are still the same.
Those "NPC Teachers" can also teach jutsus of chuunin level for genins, but only if there are NO USERS of the desired element in the village who can teach them.

If you want to apply for a teacher NPC, just pm me. Regardless of rank, village, organization. What is taken into consideration is the RP skills and responsibility.
This topic might be deleted if it is disapproved by a MOD or is breaking some kind of rule. If that happens, PM me telling me what happened.
Requirements:
1) Must learn 3 ninjutsu
2) Must learn 1 taijutsu or genjutsu
3) Must battle with another student or a genin with an NPC Teacher witnessing the fight

PT and Arturo, like normal, walked in unison into the academy, waiting for a teacher to show up. Arturo sat back against a wall and nearly fell asleep while PT was doing jumping Jacks, trying to work off his extra energy.

PT Jogged over to the man suddenly and smiled at him. "Hey, are you a student?" he asked life fully.
Arturo walked over and frowned at his brother. "My name is Arturo, this is PT." Fenice, their snake, hissed. "And this is Fenice."

Arturo looked him in the eye with his snake like right eye, and PT with his left. "Has to do with our bloodline," they said. They had practiced closing the snake eye to keep from scaring others so they did it.
