Long ago, a terrible demon arose from the ashes of a battlefield near the tiny village of Kamiki, a horrible eight-headed dragon named Orochi. In order to keep Orochi from destroying their village, the people of Kamiki sacrificed two young men or women to the beast, who claimed he was a god. The "god" took up his residence in the Cace of the Moon, at the center of Harami Lake to the West of Kamiki. He demanded two humans be sacrificed to him every 100 years; the ones chosen to be sacrificed would have their houses struck by a white arrow. They would then be dressed in white sacrificial dress robes, and sent off to the Cave of the Moon by the mysterious figures Orochi would send to wait at the village's entrance.
The tradition continues on, the fake-god Orochi still preying on the innocent men and women of Kamiki Village. One night, two sacred white arrows came shooting through the darkened sky, piercing the doors of two of the village's most handsome young men. Their families wept, for they knew what this meant. In one weeks's time, they were to have their sons ready to be sent off to the figures who waited for the sacrifice at the village entrance.
The day his home was struck, one of the young men traveled up to Kamiki's sacred sakura tree, Konohana, and kneeled at the worn out altar in front of it, praying to the gods to put an end to Orochi so their lives may be spared, and the endless humans Orochi devoured before to travel to heaven peacefully. His prayer was heard, and one day later, a man visited the village, with snow-white hair and red tattoos across his flawlessly beautiful body. He claimed to be a true god, sent to protect the two young men sent and put an end to the dreaded Orochi. The village people, with no options left, accepted the stranger's help almost immediately.
Orochi caught wind of the god's arrival, however, and became furious. How dare the gods step into his land and meddle with his affairs! The two demon minions at the village entrance, who were tasked with bringing the sacrifice to the Cave of the Moon, were given another task by Orochi; to get rid of the god and take the sacrifices by force. Orochi himself took on a human form and went to the village himself to aid them. One demon disguised himself as a wandering samurai passing through the village, and Orochi and the other demon disguised themselves as merchants looking for customers and a place to set up shop.
By whatever means necessary, Orochi wanted those sacrifices and the god dead. He gave his minions orders to heckle, seduce, sneak, but not kill...do whatever it takes.

Characters;
Orochi- The eight-headed dragon demon who lives in the Cave of the Moon. Each of his heads has control over one element. He considers himself a god and rules over the lands surrounding Kamiki Village, and the Village itself. Demands two sacrifices every 100 years. [Open]
Demon 1- He and his partner are almost inseperable. He is the more mischevious and deviant of the two, and enjoys practical jokes and slacking off. He's a stark opposite to his partner. Very athletic and flexible, albeit a bit slow, but his highest wits are in his sarcastic jibes. He is tasked with taking the sacrifice to his Lord Orochi.[Open]
Demon 2- He and his partner are almost inseperable. Very stoic and patient, he always thinks his actions through before doing them and never goes against Lord Orochi's word. Unlike his partner, he's not very athletic, but is extremely smart and quick, albiet fragile. He is tasked with taking the sacrifices to his Lord Orochi. [Open]
The God- He is god of the sun, father to all life, the first god of nature. A very stoic character who rarely speaks, but every word is meaningful. He does have some sense of humor, though. He has power over the elements of nature, though he was weakened greatly by descending to Earth and taking a human form. [Taken]
Sacrifice 1- He was always a calm, fragile individual, very content with sitting inside and reading all day than doing any physical work. He's very booksmart, and spent a good chunk of his time learning about the art of ranged weapon combat. He's good at that, if nothing else. He was the one who prayed for the gods to help them defeat Orochi. [Open]
Sacrifice 2- He is the spunky young warrior, who had been preparing himself to join the Royal Army of Sei'an, the Capital City, before the Hama arrow struck his home. Now, he is secretly planning to enter the Cave of the Moon early and kill Orochi while he sleeps. As he's about to go, three strangers serve in the village, and he's the only one who seems suspicious. [Open]
