What exercise and diet regimen can you suggest for me? I'm semi-active, studyante pa, naglalaro ng basketball and soccer minsan. 6'1" ako at approximately 85 kg. Gusto ko lang kasi maging healthy :]

Ethereal Heaven What exercise and diet regimen can you suggest for me? I'm semi-active, studyante pa, naglalaro ng basketball and soccer minsan. 6'1" ako at approximately 85 kg. Gusto ko lang kasi maging healthy :] atleast 30 mins of exercise. kahit ano bsta mapawis mo lahat ng fats mo.XD pero kelangan 5-10 mins na warm up muna.. tska 5-10 mins na cool down.. para ndi mabigla katawan mo.. sa foods... iwas lang sa matatamis and junk foods... super mabilis magpataba yan..drink plenty of water.. tska kung kaya mo.. prepare ka ng mga natural na foods. 3nodding 3nodding matangkad ka naman. blaugh don't forget to drink vitamin C... magandang uminom ng vitamins sa gabi.. pra absorb ng katawan.:>
