Yeah, I know it just started, but I still got some thoughts on it. (will update this post as the expo continues)
Least Expected moments: The 360 going slim (and everyone who attended the Microsoft conference getting a free one); the Battlefield Bad Company 2: Vietnam expansion pack; Kid Icarus for the 3DS; Portal 2 for the PS3 and being presented by Gabe Newell himself;
Most Disappointing moments: The presentation of Black Ops, which the easiest way to explain it is 'really bad copy of the Modern Warfare 2 presentation'; the voice acting in Bulletstorm; Daniel Crag replacing Pierce Bronson as Bond in the Goldeneye remake; Portal 2 for the PS3 getting the same support as the PC version while the 360 still gets jack squat;
Holy Expletive That Was Awesome!: The female jedi stopping Darth Scarface's lightsaber with her hand; how good Medal of Honor actually looks; Kid Icarus getting a new game; the Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood multiplayer trailer; Kevin Butler;
Wait, What?: A Michael Jackson dance game for Kinect; Daniel Crag replacing Pierce Bronson as Bond in the Goldeneye remake; the Legend of Zelda stage demo not working right; the new Kirby game not featuring Kirby sucking in enemies & pooping them out; Portal 2 being on the PS3;
Well, how about you?

Least Expected moments: Reboot/Rebirth of the Need for Speed franchise. They going back to their roots Hot Pursuit. I had HP 3 and I loved that game.
Most Disappointing moments: Kinect being the true name for project natal. Everything shown for Kinect was almost a carbon copy of Nintendo's revel of the Wii, and its games.
Holy Expletive That Was Awesome!: Bioware's Hope trailer
Wait, What?: Kinect as the name for the natal.

Nintendo looked like they had a lot of good things set up...I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were just having a bad day and thats why just about everything either crashed or didn't work.

It was the E3...what did you really expect out of it? It became kind of a joke since a few years... I own a ps3, wii, 360, psp and DS, so all was kind of good for me...(and a high performance gaming pc) I expected more on metal gear rising...the sword play seems crazy... Is nintendo still in the 80's? Pluggin those 3DS in airwaitress dressed like bimbos....WTF? Was it beer or portable consoles they want to sell?
Kinect number of person and number of articulations per persons...seriously, it is damn impressive...
Kojima is not in desintox again? That was a surprise too... lol Overallit was no big surprises... I want E3 to go back to the way it was, leave more space to smaller developpers

I try not to pay too much attention to E3. Otherwise, I'll get too excited and miss out on other opportunities. Probably spend more, too!

I keep a mental list of the games I want to get every month, or rather every awesome game that is supposed to come out or I haven't played yet... Then when the time comes that I enter GameStop, I buy whichever one tempts me the most, but also offers replayability or something.

The list tends to build up as I'm not able to afford the game for another two weeks or so until I lose track of which games I wanted in the first place. Let's see.. Still waiting for Diablo III, can't wait for Fable 3 and then I'm looking forward to Dead Space 2, at the top of my mind.
