Teachers note. Students must choose at least two weapons from the list not including body armor and a Technique they wish to study. PM me for additional Information on the techniques listed. I will add new weapons and techniques as time goes by.

I'd also like to speak with you for a moment if you would be kind enough to drop by my office. Oh and bring that book with you when you come."

Hello students now that schools stated here are my rules.
1 no dirty fighting, actual war is brutal but this is school
2 post what two weapons you will be training with. Body armor and shields come standard.
I like to keep thing simple. So welcome and let the bone breaking begin.

First lessonThe first lesson I will be teaching is Bottojutsu, or know as the 'cutting draw' cutting from the scabbard, rather than first drawing the sword and then engaging an enemy as a separate action often displayed in most sword techniques. This Technique is often used with one hand and is handy if you are fighting with a shield or one of your arms are incapable of wielding a weapon. This picture represents the different areas a person that can be hit and the different sword positions to be used when attacking.

Professor McLeod studied his class. "The eager young minds of tomorrow." He said. Behind him were several straw figures lined up in a row. His sword Quinn at his side. He ran at one of the figures and drew his sword slicing the straw figure in half at the same time. He turned on his heel to face his class. "What you saw is Battojutsu or cutting draw. Using speed and forward body strength and momentum to release a singular of multiple cut's at you enemy." He told them. "We'll start with this technique. those who excel will learn things such as the Shinsoku , God speed moving at such speed that your enemy have little time to react." He told them. "And of course how to use enchanted weapons." He sheathed his sword and looked at them. "I want each one of you to take a swing at one of these dummies."
PS. (I'd like the literacy to by at least semi with no text talk not while in character anyways.)

Heido, listening to the professor puts down Gront (His grunny) and says "Don't move Gront, I won't take long." Heido unsheaths both swords. He looks at the straw dummy with both swords in hand one sword behind Heido, and the other in his other hand, he runs towards the dummy on his tiptoes giving him a greater speed. He readys both swords and slashes horizontally with his left arm and his bigger sword slices vertically. Smirking Heido stands completely still, sheaths his bigger sword first and then sheaths the other, he walks towards Gront, picks him up turns to the professor and says "Was that okay sir?"
