Well I couldn't actually say mine was a first hand experience, but I once was a fae. I will tell you all my story, whether or not you believe in it is up to you.
A long long time ago. I was born in a kingdom of Faerie called Cavonia. This place was etched into my mortal mind like a chisel to a rock. Cavonia is a cavern society of fae. We are not related to dwarfs or any of the rock dwellers of the Faerie. We don't even abide by the laws of Faerie either. We had our own rules and government.
I was born to the Queen and King of Cavonia. My mother was really beautiful she was of the Steam Class of Elements. Cavonia was governed and sanctioned by the Element Classes of Air, Fire, Water, Earth, Steam, Acid, Muck, and Crystal. The mixture elements were the Royal classes of Cavonia. My mother who was Queen Yeslenia Malenka Grthiw of Cavonia had long flowing bluish silver hair, with wings in the form of steam rising up from her shoulders. She also had violet eyes. She was the most beautifulist thing ever. She loved and reveared by everyone. The one thing that sort of turned the kingdom on here was the marriage to my father.
My father belonged to the woods elf kingdom out side of Cavonia. Outsiders where forbidden to come into Cavonia. Cavonia was a kingdom of Faerie untouched by the mortal inclanations of humans. His name was Olirious Blueheart. He had red hair, green eyes, and his skin was brown like the bark of a tree. He and my mother fell in love when they went to a battle together outside of Cavonia. After begging my the counsil to let them be married...my parents had me a couple months later. They weren't able to decide on a name for me so they gave me a mixture a Cavonian name and one of a Woods Elf. I was to be forever called Energeltica Olirious Lilac Shibilaya Malenka Isabella Gthriw Blueheart. Eolsmi became my nickname for short. as mortal I still have the same eyes and face as when I was a faery. I had green eyes then and I have them now. My hair was reddish brown...just like it is now. My wings were like my mothers, and I my face was like my fathers. I was a happy faery child growing up along side my parents, but a dark night would change that forever. My parents were killed by a goblin hoard that started to bombard our kingdom.
I had become queen soon after their deaths. I didn't want to be queen at such a young age since I was only 10 in human years. My butler and advicer Cornelius was the one who raised me for most of my life. I had no idea he would be the one to decieve me later.
While growing up I became deeply fond of a air faery named Wynden Edwardian Windsweeper. He was the love my life and my best friend. Whenever the high counsil was giving me grief he was always there to listen. I can never forget Wynden. He had a blondish brown hair with silvery blue eyes like the crystal clear waters of a lake. He had a scar underneath one of his eyes. He is tall and masculine. I believe I described him before. At night I can somehow feel his presence watch over me. Anyways Wynden was also the head of my security. I also was friends with twins of the fire element Frederick and Fiona, the earth element Butterflee, and the water Element Nymphie.
I had become used to the idea of being Queen of Cavonia, then the day of my betrayal came along. I was 16 in human years when it happened. Cavonia is a Crystal City inside of a Cave with the statues of myself, Mother, and Father recently guarding the gate to Cavonia. They were placed in honor of their deaths. Mine was just built as a warning to any outsider. Anyways no human is ever allowed in, unless they pass the truth of the heart test. It is impossible for any human to pass it.
Well back to the story of betrayal. I was doing my rounds around the garden court in front of the gate with Wynden. I had just finished when Cornelius my Butler who was always jealous of me decided to place a holographic replica(really far in advanced of technology) of myself letting in this human. Only a higher ranked person can personally let a human inside Cavonia when they failed to pass the test. I had no idea this was going on. The human that Cornelius let in was one of evil nature. He destroyed everything and didn't care. Soon after the human was arrested the Cornelious had me arrested saying he had proof that I let him in.
I was to be held at court. Since I was the Queen at the time, I had no right to a Lawyer. Letting in an evil human had a punishment worse than death. Under Cavonia Law one must be turned into a human and exiled from the Kingdom forever. They are never allowed back in. I tried to plea with the peers of the counsil and the court to believe me, but the holographic that Cornelius made was too conviencing. The only one who stood up for me was Wynden. I was found guilty along with Wynden and was sentenced to be turned to a human and exiled from Faerie forever. Before I was turned into a human I made a promise to Wynden that I would find him no matter what.
I never felt so betrayed in my life. I trusted so many of the counsil members, and Cornelius. He was always after the throne. I later found out that he murdered my parents. He personally saw to it that I was turned forever into a human and that I would forget my experiences. I was stretched, my ears were filed down. I had my wings chopped off(the worse pain ever for any faerie or wings creatured), and then I had to drink a potion that would wipe out most of the experiences of me a faery. I drank it until the last sip, then I spat in Cornelius face. I then told him he made a mistake...a huge mistake.
The next thing I knew I was a human. I had been a human ever since. I made sure I would never forget about Cavonia because one day I am going back to save the kingdom from Cornelius and to reunite with Wynden my one and only love!
Well like I said this wasn't much of first hand experience, but I can still feel the presence of the Land of Faerie very close to me. I am just forbidden to enter. I can also feel the ever presence of Wynden, Nymphie, Frederick, Fiona, and Butterflee all around me. You may believe in this or not, but those memories are more vivid and real than my own human memories...and only a few people know this story.

Crystal Dragon Wings
Long Nosed Nuisance
I'm home sick from school
laying here in bed.
Trying to get some sleep
to cool the fever in my head.
"Teehee" the laughter starts
I wonder where it came from.
Looking around I see no one
I start to feel a little dumb.
"Haha" it starts again
I sit up and look down.
There runs a long nosed creature
who is colored green and brown.
I pull the covers to my face
as he runs around my bed.
He laughs, shrieks and points
his voice pounds in my head.
"Leave me alone!" I finally yell
as he scampers up my sheets.
He only laughs and moves closer
our faces finally meet.
He has sharp teeth, wrinkled lips
I know he is not kind
He jumps down and runs again
I feel I've lost my mind.
I try to hide as he runs around
his laughter never quits.
I can't wait for him to leave
his presence is the pits.
The medicine starts to work
I feel my fever lighten.
The laughter of the fairy quiets
now I don't feel as frightened.
I wake from a peaceful rest
I sit up and look around.
Reassured I lay back down
"Teehee" hey what's that sound?

heart Once Upon a Time heart
Once upon a time, there lived a faery queen,
who disappeared before she grew into her wings.
The young faery queen, so surreal and serene,
was banquished and exiled for no real thing.
The faery queen was tortured and beatened,
and then the worst crime of all was when her
wings were takened.
She couldn't understand why her kingdom just watched,
but the worse pain of all was when she saw first love,
unable to doing anything, but sob!
Now this queen is no longer a faery, but a human,
a human being, and this very human happens to be...me!
This is a poem in relationship with my earlier post on here! It is nothing different, just another way of expressing my first experience...while my actual experiences as one of the fae!

The lights are dim as I sit.
As I blink, something zips past me.
I hear a door, but none are moving.
I shake my head and look at my dog.
Fast Alseep and unmoving.
I leave out milk with honey for them.
Which thankfully keeps them at bay.

Fareru
A girl with porcelain skin and hair like jet lays in her bed waiting for her story. Her father walks into the room and pulls an old warn book off the shelf, "Who would you like to learn about tonight?" He asks flipping to the page they left off at. Every since his daughter had been old enough to remember the different Fae he's been reading about them to her. She smiled at him with a giggle in her voice, "Just read me a new one." She replied. He taught her about three new faeries that night. They'd placed a bowl of honey in the window and left it open a crack and he kissed her on the forehead before turning off the lights. "Do you know why your cheeks are so rosy?" He asked looking back at her, she shook her head. "Well every day the faeries fly in through your window and for leaving honey out for them they each give you a little kiss on the cheek." She liked this idea and quickly fell asleep.
That little girl wholeheartedly believed in those faeries and she needed no proof. But one day when she was playing by herself outside and pretending that she had met the faerie queen herself a little black kitten came tumbling out of the tall grass. Instantly drawn to the kitten the little girl snatched her up and sat down to pet her. "Ouch!" She kitten yelled which startled the girl. She placed the kitten down gently saying, "I'm sorry." as she did. That kitten introduced herself to the little girl and explained that she had taken a liking to her, "You remind me of myself." She said changing shapes in front of the girls eyes. That little kitten was in fact a faerie with dark hair and porcelain skin. The little girl and the faerie met every day for years until the little girl started kindergarten and everything changed. The faerie and all of her friends who would come and play with them stopped coming around. The other kids had made fun of her for believing in faeries and having friends. They felt to make things easier for everyone it would be best to disappear. But that faerie never went away. She was always there watching over that little girl. And to this day, even though that little girl is a full grown 22 year old woman, that faerie is with her. They are still friends and they still play. The woman can't always see her faerie friend but she knows that she's there, she can feel her and sometimes when she's in a state between worlds she meets her friend again face to face and they both smile.
