WOW ITS BEEN A REALLY LONG TIME SINCE IVE POSTEDIN THIS FORUM!
ANYWAYS GTA4 the episodes of Liberty City takes place during right after Niko enters the country through the Platypus

If you look and understand REALLY CLOSELY the whole story revolves around the 2 Million Dollar diamonds. If you dont skip the intro video to the Original GTA4 then you will see the chef drop diamonds in to a pot. This is the way it all starts with the stories of 3 men. Niko, Luis, and Johnny.

TLAD - The Lost and Damned
In this episode you play as the notorious biker Johnny of the Lost. When you first play this episode you end up getting a leaders bike named Billy. This game mainly revolves mainly about the one thing that has kept this biker gang going and that is business.

You play through doing various missions involving bad deals with the rival gangs [The Mafia, Deadbeats [[also known as the Angels of Death]] and Triads] Doing races on bikes is also part of the job and OF COURSE GETTING THE DIAMONDS. In my opinion the best parts of the whole game are the editions of New Bikes and new weapons.

The Street sweeper is a gas operated auto-shotgun. This thing is brutal in Deathmatches and in single player.
Pipe-bombs arent something new. Think of it as a gernade with visible smoke.
Sawn-off Shotgun are great weapons on bikes. Heck when you need to open something up on a vehicle this is fast
And the automatic 9mm. Fast shots with a 9mm? Who could resist that

And the new bikes I wont mention. Though they are beauties and the most sought after chopper in the online GTA the Hellfury is availible in TLAD's Free Mode

TBOGT - The Ballad of Gay Tony
You play as a man named Luis Lopez. A dominican that was in the army but arrested for the possession of "snow". Again the whole story revolves around the diamonds. Remember the guy that used the Ak-47 in the museum? GUESS WHO!? yes its Luis. TBOGT is a great game from the old GTA4. It blends in with the 80's scene of the disco age when you can go clubbing. The Buzzard is also here because you would be needing it for "various missions"
Tons of new vehicles and the return of the Bullet from San Andreas are here.
New Weapons are here also
Sky diving is back from its roots of San Andreas.
Basically all the over powering weapons and cool vehicles from San Adreas have new blood in TBOGT. OH YES! NOS IS ALSO BACK TOO! [nitrous oxide that enables your car to go faster]

Yes its that good. Get bored of the sotry after a while? Multiplayer brings excellence here. And skydiving and an increased altitude make this one of the best things that could ever happen now.
