New York Harbor

New York Harbor refers to the waterways of the estuary near the mouth of the Hudson River that empty into New York Bay. Although the U.S. Board of Geographic Names does not use the term, New York Harbor has important historical, governmental, commercial, and ecological usages. Originally used to refer to the Upper New York Bay, the term is also used to describe the Port of New York and New Jersey, the port district for New York-Newark metropolitan area, under the jurisdistion of the Port Authority.

He had escaped that odd household...or rather an upturned casino. At least he had made it along with his money. He sighed, obviously perturbed about the entire scene and it's oddities. He came up to the harbor in his car. He parked it in a random spot and began to walk about. He noticed a bench. The look on his face appeared to say that he was quite confused and needed time to think. Just when he was about to sit down, he saw a small child sitting on the bench, clearly awake. He looked at the child with a puzzled look, his hands in his pockets.

Lark looked at the person staring at him, he seemed realeved about something, maybe he just got away from somewhere he was unwanted? Ignored possibly? What ever it was it wasn't his problem. But now they had just been staring at each other for a minute now, Lark finally decided to speak up "Yes?"

Lark sighed into his scarf as the boys mouth opened and closed as if he was shocked and trying to gain his composure but soon failed and tried again... it was a usual reaction to a talking baby, from the men at least... normal school girls and women usually ate him up, hugging him and squeezing him as if he was a plush doll... Lark didn't enjoy either of them but at least he was acknowledged as strong to the mafia world... "My names Lark... and what might be your name trigger fish?" he said in a joking manner seeming that he was looking like a fish breathing a bit earlier... Lark made a small grin on his face but it was hidden under his scarf. He then fell in another one of his secret holes...
