I decided to do a challenge with a few selected games. First...
Final Fantasy One: The Lone Red Ranger Challenge.
Basically you do the One fighter challenge Only you replace him with a Red Mage! I have yet to find an NES copy of FF1 but i might emulate it first. If you wish to try this one out you can. Make sure the rest of your party are dead and always dead.
Final Fantasy Seven: Mind Trick.
Alright, First off this challenge requires Casting Materia ONLY! (exceptions are ones like All)
That means Cloud has to cast a spell, Barret Has to cast a spell and everyone else as well. To make sure the Casting only challenge succeeds...DO NOT USE LIMIT BREAK! That means not one limit break. All spells through the game (unless i forgot if there was a story boss that has to be attacked normally.) No summons either. Not one summon.
If anyone can think of other games that can make it tough, post here. Now off to try Mind Trick Challenge.

Good Luck on that one. How bout throwing in no summon materia with it since they are like Limit Breaks in a way. Just in case you want to up your challenge. 3nodding

how about no items challenge i know there where bosses where it would be like REALLY REALLY hard to beat with out items :3

well....it's hard already without Limit breaks and summons. without items, then how will you cast more spells?
