Depends on what you call nice art. The best mangaka out there are usually the H kind. mrgreen
There's Cage of Eden and 7 Seeds if you can handle a psychological/horror story. Also, Doubt (What Hollywood horror movies want to be when they grow up.)
There's also Hana to Akuma which has quite nice artwork, but it's a "loli" manga.
And that's it. Most manga I read are shonen, and shonen manga + good artwork = impossible. talk2hand

thanks for suggestions smile I like both shonen and shojo manga... I will probably read anything with good art as long as the story is not too ridiculous
i was reading 'dear my girls' the other day and the artwork is so nice so now i'm addicted to nice art xp

Not manga, but still... Nanoha.
That show is the definition of Scenario Porn. And the well-drawn action scenes, the shadings, everything adds points to the show.
The many manga for Nanoha, though, can't be read as stand-alone. They're supposed to be side-arcs to the anime. It does explain some points not shown in the anime, though.
