This thread is for anyone who wants a rank in my squad. If you are a ranked member, then you can challenge another ranked person for their rank. The only exception is my captain's rank. As for vice, whomever it may be, can be challenged once a week by anyone. As for the ranks that are open, you can challenge a squad member, and whoever you choose to fight will decide whether you get the rank or not. Any questions?

Sounds like fun, but does that mean that if two members who are the same rank fight, they'll stay the same rank? Or does someone move down?

Actually I thought that was going on & I think its possible that it could happen. I mean that even the anime/ manga has that going on in squad 13

For now, everyone will have their own seat, but if i see two are evenly matched for the same rank, then they will share the rank.
