Armelia walked through the slums. She had heard about it from her sister but wanted to see it for herself. She certainly stood out with her pink hair and neko ears and tail. She knew it wasn't the best place to be but she knew she could take care of herself if needed.

A hand suddenly darted from the shadows and dragged the young girl towards her captor.
"What'chy doing here little girl?"
The man grumbled. He smiled,showing off his missing teeth.
"Didn't your mommy tell you not to wander around here?"
The man began to drag the girl towards a large stone building.
"Better take ya to kingy. Your rich aint ya?"
He cackled once and dragged the girl down a hallway.

Armelia was extremely surprised when a man began dragging her away. She didn't expect someone to grab her. She contemplated whether to use violence or not to free herself.

The old man stopped infront of a door that was guarded by two thieves. They nodded at him and he continued on dragging the girl down the hallway. They stopped in a dark room. A man sat on a throne; he was surrounded by thieves and rogues who were just lazing about. They stopped what they were doing and stared up at the two who had entered. The man dropped the girl and cackled.
"Looky what i foundy!"

Armelia was dropped to the ground. She stood up and dusted the dirt off of her. She analyzed the situation and thought of possible ways to escape if necessary.

The man on the throne blinked his eyes sleepily. He stared at the girl and than at the man who delivered her. He pushed a few women off his lap and smirked at the old man.
"Whats this? A cat?"
The old man just cackled again.
"I found her wanderin the streets! She looks like one o' dem wealthy merchants kiddys."
He backed into a shadow and disappeared.

Armelia's tail swished and her ears lowered agitated. Her parents would kill that man for calling them simple merchants. "My parents don't live anywhere near this city."

The man stood up and descended the stairs.He stopped infront of the girl and smirked.
"Who are you kid?"

The man chuckled at her last comment and looked her up and down.
"And are you wealthy,Armelia?"
He questioned.

The man blinked down at her as if she was stupid.
"What do you mean? I need to know if your useful or not."
He chuckled darkly.

Armelia glared at him. "If you can't tell from what I am wearing then you are blind." She pointed to her gold diamond necklace and bracelet which was obviously expensive.

In the blink of an eye the man had snatched her jewelry away and had tossed it to a rough looking man in the crowd that was forming around them. The man rubbed his chin and smiled at the girl.
"What will I do with you now?"
