Kiyen happens to be a very restful and flashy man of the Gotei thirteen protection squads which is testament to his whole entire look and universal attitude in which most cases he is rarely seen without a beam of happiness on his face as if he is enjoying life to its upmost fullest. In his off time then he is seen imbibing in the contents of sake, committing forty-winks with in the privacy of his sleeping quarters, training the newest shinigami to come with in the shinigami academy, or enjoying the company of others. Kiyen is a man that has a taste for sweets just has a taste for sweet snacks and thus only emphasizes on him being a sweetheart. Kiyen seems to tease others around him in the most joking way possible never meaning to actually hurt someone and if he does then he will give them his most sincere apology. His way of speech seems to be more familiar then most of the other captains referring to them by the first name and a mighty honorific on the end. Of course if he is asked, then he will call out to them by the current status. Kiyen is a man of tranquility and will do everything in his power not to draw his zanpaktou but insult comes about if he refuses to fight one of his opponents so he doesn’t wish to do that either. The unconventional Kiyen likes to make a consciousness or wild impression on his opponents just because, he seems to be an ostentatious individual. With in the mental mindset of Kiyen, he hates taking the life of a blameless entity so if at all possible, he will try to spare his opponent but if he has no choice then simply put, and he will kill you. He is also one of the most dexterous combatants in Soul Society, and maintains a level of admiration and veracity when engaging in battle. Kiyen always maintains a facade of respect for his opponent and is well-bred in combat situations he will only be pushed to insult his opponent if he himself has been insulted by even that is done with a calm manner. He never loses his cool, going as far as to make small chat and joke around with his adversaries. Kiyen retains a level of meekness and isn't overly haughty about his strength loving the term,”Let action speak louder than words”. Kiyen lives by a strict code of trusting a person unless they give him reason or suspicion not too. All in all, he is a very honorable sweetheart by nature and a genius of the way of the sword.

Earth Life
A prophecy of the natives once spoke that when the blue hair child came, the world would come to a stop and switch from violence to peace. The natives believed this so much that they devoted there lives to each and every single word of the divination. Many years went by and they lived with in solitude and very unstable conditions but they were not to expect things to get better until the child was born. Well, one snowy night with in the forest that so called first part of the prophecy came threw. A boy with hair the same color as the breath of the mightiest gods, sky blue, was born amongst the tribe and they rejoiced. Ran fell which harvested the forest providing much more stable living conditions. The sun shined brightly on the land feeding the plant life in the area and it seemed that things were looking up. Kiyen was what they dubbed him and that translates to Ki of hope. Let’s not mention Kiyen’s mother was a rare and downright special beauty in the village. They believed her to be some kind of gift of the gods with such alluring looks. Kiyen’s father was just a regular field worker. He didn’t even believe in such prophecies so at the age of two he had saved up enough money to move them into a stable apartment in the local lands of Tokyo and this is where the journey would begin. How unfortunate for Kiyen it would lead out to be. When Kiyen’s father took him away from the forest village well that village went down in shambles and to return the debt to Kiyen’s father, they cursed the young boy. He went from a very happy child to one that became very dull. They believed it to be a curse but it was none other then a rare diseased called. Autism. Kiyen’s mother was devastated that her babyboy had developed such a trait. She blamed the father and he argued back that it happened due to a common medical disease. He would heal from it over time or would he? So, Kiyen was home schooled and that was quite hard. He happened to still be quite intelligent when writing but for some reason he could not speak. So they figured he was simply a mute.
His father begin to have hard days on the job until they got rid of him and laid him off. This forced him to worry about how he would support his family and he drunk himself into a stupor. His mother was forced to pick up the slack and she got a job as a local secretary. It wasn’t hard for someone as her to get a job. Money would be tight so Kiyen was left at home with his father where his father bare witness to the unsightly. Kiyen was around eight years old now. Kiyen everyday would go back and fourth outside and watch others practice there Wushu art and with some kind of photographic memory he was instantly learning and performing them. It’s like he was simply destined to be a fighting genius. His father being influenced by the alcohol figured he could enter Kiyen in the younger fighting competition and make a greater profit. His intentions were good but the actions he was about to take were wrong. Sure, Kiyen could perform whatever he saw but he had never been in a real fight. Him being a mute did not really help at all because this limited him to speaking out. His father had all this disgustingly acts planned out. He told his wife he would begin to teach Kiyen how to ride a bike and defend himself. She agreed because they would not be around forever and he should learn to defend himself. This would be a perfect cover up if Kiyen received any bruises from his fight. He was signed up and soon his first match came as Kiyen was a ripe age of twelve. Kiyen looked up at his father and over to his opponent that he would be in the ring with and saw him kick a piece of wood in half. This brought fear to Kiyen and he without saying a word stood behind his father. He was shaking. Kiyen was a fighting genius but he had never been into a real fight.
” Kiyen what the hell are you afraid of? You can take him easy! *hiccup* Now get out there and fight.”[.i]” Kiyen was pushed out and the match started. The kid was relentless and the first kick landed across Kiyen’s face. Spinning him and planting him right on his face. His eyes instantly watered but his facial expression did not change. Warm liquid trickled from his mouth and he looked at it. Was this blood? So this is what blood was he thought? He didn’t like this and it was painful. As he looked up at his father who was screaming incoherent drunken words. It all boiled down to one thing. He was angry so Kiyen would attack. Little did his father know those techniques that Kiyen were learning were designed to do one thing and that was kill. However Kiyen’s opponent was not aware and aimed to stomp on the back of Kiyen’s head. Kiyens eyes widened and out of sheer instinct and will he reacted rolling out of the way and using both hands to push himself off the ground. This took him into one swift spin and Kiyen extended his legs and his foot connected with the other child’s throat. Not only was a breaking sound heard but the crowd went silent. The boy had been killed on contact. The look that Kiyen had on his face was one of pure evil and bliss. He hadn’t even known that he killed a person. Fate was about to prove further harsh because the boy that he killed was none other then the son of the man who’s style Kiyen was using. That was a direct insult and he was made a complete fool of. Kiyen’s father ran down and collected the pot that was betted and he would be going home a very healthy man or so he thought.
Half way home where Kiyen’s mother waited patiently for him not knowing anything is where she decided to go out and look for her husband and child. Kiyen’s father was so proud and this bought a smile to Kiyen’s face. He wasn’t aware what the bigger picture was. Then a group of Wushu students appeared. Some in tears and some with a death look upon there face. His father stopped and asked,” what seems to be the problem?” The leader stared at him and extracted his sword. Kiyen’s father dropped the alcohol that was just bought from the spoils of this man son’s death. “ You made a mockery of me. Your child use my style to kill my son so payment must be made! Our payment is death so which one will it be? Your son, or you, or maybe your beautiful wife?” Kiyen had no idea what they were talking about and he simply titled his head. His father knew exactly what was going. He also realized he was a coward and self centered thoughts entered threw his head. He figured he and the wife could have another child. This caused him to look at his son who stared up at him with the same expression he had when he was afraid. He couldn’t look and he stepped aside giving this Wushu master his answer.
My students, he stole from you our brother. Beat him to death.” Without warning this skilled fighters begin to do a number on Kiyen. If he had a chance to fight back then that might be a better situation but these were the best of the best. After three minutes Kiyen was covered in blood but still moving. The others had no remorse for him. They were blinded by anger and revenge and Kiyen was crying silently to himself from the pain. When finally crawling slowly to make attempt to get away then a weak and pained voice whispered,” Pa…..Pa………….Papa” That was the first time he had even heard his own son’s voice and he turned his head. He couldn’t watch this any longer and as his eyes drifted to the side they rested upon something he thought he would never see. His wife’s eyes were widened in horror and shock. That was not her baby laying there was it? No, his father was right here. He wouldn’t let that happen to THERE son would he? She called out to Kiyen not wanting to believe it be him.” KIYEN!!!” Kiyen recognized such a voice and his eyes covered in blood could not find her so he reached where he heard the voice of his mother. For the first time he called out to her but not in the way she would have wanted. A long painful breath was taken obviously threw broken ribs and he screamed out to her.”MOMMA!!!!!!!!” That was all she needed to hear before parental instincts kicked in. She had arrived to let. Kiyen’s breath was hoarse and despite her achieving a level of strength unheard of, casting all of them aside beating on her son. She scooped him into her arms and looked down at him. By the time she had got to him he life had already left him. She cried her eyes out and looked up to ask them why and they were already gone leaving her with a dead son. After crying for a hour, sobbing her eyes out people begin to arrive and they were saddened just by looking at what happened before them. She looked up to see Kiyen’s father standing there in shock. You coward!!!!!!! YOU’RE A COWARD!!!! You let them steal our son away from us! She was so out of it that her words could barely be understood because of the crying in between them. She would not let her son leave this plane alone. She laid him on her lap and reached around and gasped a piece of sharp glass, it surprisingly it was the one from the previous alcohol bottle Kiyen’s father had brought. She raised it to her neck and had one last sentence for him.” You are by far the most disgusting person so live and die a ugly death without us in it.” With that said the glass sink threw her neck with a gurgling sound and she died holding her son. Kiyen’s father fell to his knees and a scream of sorrow, regret, and pain could be heard.
Before Shinigami Academy
Well finally when Kiyen awoke then he was surrounded by people and though he had just spoke before his death, then he was still not able to say a thing anymore. It’s like his voice box had been left with his body. He certainly knew this was not home though. All he had on was some rage of clothes. Still, with that ground length blue hair, and those gold eyes he would do more then just stand out. As the days went by he was growing hungry which made him believe he was alive. If he was dead then how could he hungry? Too bad for him this district he was in; District eighty, the zaraki district was the ugliest and toughest district. What made things worst was that, the only thing Kiyen remembered was his mother meaning all his martial arts were a blank, he could not protect himself anymore. Stomach pains from obvious hungry pushed him to go into desperation acts and running by a small poor shop in the zaraki district, he ran and scooped a warm piece of bread. The owner of the shop chased him but Kiyen was quite fast even for his age. He was a lot faster then a normal boy should have been so this day he managed to get away. Biting into the warm piece of bread, savoring the fresh and slightly burned taste to fill up his small stomach. Things had seemed to be looking up for the young lad until darkness came. Where the hell was he going to sleep? That should be the last thing on this youngsters mind though. Did he really think he would get away with such a stunt of thievery? This man had sons who all were aged around at twenty-one years old. They had been waiting for it to grow dark so others wouldn’t see what they were about to do. As Kiyen laid in the alley at the cleanest spot he could find, he looked up to see four people towering above him.
” Hey a*****e, you think you can just steal our dad’s bread and get away with it?. Now Kiyen understood exactly what he was saying and since he couldn’t talk he stood up quickly and lifted his shirt rubbing his tummy. Trying to explain that he was starving and needed food. Looking around to explain how he could pay for it was cut short when fist collided with his stomach. His golden orbs widened and soft hands clutched his child-like abdomen and he fell to his knees. The pain was far worst then the hunger pains he felt. Then without warning the beating begin, again. Once more he was beaten to a point of near death but he would not be left alone this time. For a towering figure soon came to his aid. Goliath like in Kiyen’s eyes quickly beating the men into submission. This man’s name was Angelous, and he was huge for his age. Kiyen decided he was nice enough a guy and decided to tag along with him. Still Kiyen never said a word so Angelous hadn’t even known what to actually call the kid. He would just communicate with him using sign language. The years passed by and Angelous grew huger while Kiyen grew to a rightful size and look. They had survived threw Angelous strength and soon they both applied for the shinigami academy. This is where the new Kiyen would be awakened soon enough.

- Character Skin Color/Ethnicity: Kiyen’s complexion is caramel chocolate in color. His skin is very soft to the touch and his ethnicity is of the Algonquian Native American background which translates to the lake tribes. They were a tribe her wore little clothing except for in the winter in which there garments were made from the toughest animals. They were classified as in four groups, hunters, gatherers, trappers, and planters. They also seemed to make homemade weapons unless you were one of the few that migrated to the japanese lands. Then you took on the next best thing, which was the way of the sword and just as if it were second nature, they became skilled in that as well honing it like a extension of there arm. They were also firm believers of the dream catchers hung from cradle boards to protect there young from bad dreams and only letting the most ripe and warm hearted dream pass through.Dream Catcher A very honorable and peaceful tribe unless provoked otherwise.
- Character Height: Six feet Tall ( 182.88 CMS )
- Character Hair Color: Kiyen's hair color is a a bright and almost glowing moonlight blue.Some say at night or with the release of his zanpaktou, it glows as if the moon is constantly shining down upon it.
- Character Hair Length/ Style Kiyen's hair extends and if not for the obvious clothing it would easily drag across the ground. It's very soft and silky to the touch which shows how well he takes care of it. His bright, wintry, azure ground length symbolizes the ocean most would say.
- Character Eye Color:Kiyen has golden alpha male orbs that just scream out for attention. It’s kind of a weird look because it almost appears as if he has no hues but if you look closely then the glimmer of white can be seen with in them. It’s a very unique look indeed. They can stare and if first meeting its hard to discern his thoughts. Kiyen's hues are a moderate and yet alpha male color of gold. Even when not trying they seem to have a seductive bedroom look about them.
- Character Description: Kiyen has a build as if he were apart of the second division. He is lean but under his attire, a chiseled body is scene with no signs of fat or if so it is very unnoticeable. There only seem to be tribal tattoo's under his eye from his clan that mean honor and tranquility. The tattoos are from a native american tribe honing in on his history.
- Character Attire: Underneath Kiyen’s black kosode is his white and sapphire shitagi or better known as his under-gi that seems to be like garments made from feather concerning how light it is. His hakama of course is jet black, the standard look of all shinigami except being cut slightly at the bottom. His hakama himo is a silk texture and an ocean blue in color. It’s larger then others because he can also use it to fight. Unlike others it isn’t used to keep his garments fitted because they already stick to his body without the help of this accessory. Whoever designed Kiyen’s shinigami garments devised them for the most agile and speedy of movements. They have no protection for armor and it would feel to him as if he barely has anything on. His tabi worn are ashen in color just as most other soldiers with in the soul society and his waraji are the normal brown, tannic color that resembles the finest sands. His Haori is the stands white color on the front but in the back it has a complex design of a ocean on the back of it under a bright moon.

- Zanpakutō Name: Heiushios(Parallel Tides)
- Zanpakutō Spirit Appearance:
Heiushios
Heiushios firstly, is a female with a unique and radiant beauty about her. Her hair is lengthy stretching down to the ground similar to Kiyen’s and it’s color is a dark, yet shiny lilac color. The hues of her eyes are also the same color and around her eyeballs are not the traditional white but a elegant moderate blue color giving off the impression of a rainbow sort of shape eyes. They seemed to attract much attention when she is manifested. With in her hair then there is a flower that seems to made from a rare substance, perhaps reiatsu because of the way it glitters and shimmers. Her garments are that of a women walking across a vacant beach of her home estate. She is seen in night garbs showing off a very toned abdomen for a women with a busty chest size and a perfectly round rump which shows off a genuine curviness. Her night gone is a white and silver color that covers her feminine areas and there seems to be foot starting stockings that are open tow which ride up her leg to almost the top part of her thigh. Upon her back are ethereal wings and that are the same color as the strange flower on her head while she has a katana strapped to her waist. A very beautiful zanpaktou spirit.
- Zanpakutō Sealed Form: In its sealed state then Kiyen’s zanpaktou appears to be a Chokuto sword of a strange and short uniqueness. It actually started as a Katana but he had it turned into his own preferred sword type. This blade is made specifically for more resistance and to enforce more power with regular strikes since it is actually heavier then a normal katana. For Kiyen’s strength though and its short design, it is quite easy to wield. The Chokuto was imported directly from china. With the blade sheathed in its wooden scabbard, the whole sword is white in color with a black stripe along the middle a deeper black. Unsheathe the sword and you will see a beautiful two-tone black and silver polished blade that Kiyen seems to think very highly of and takes care of with the upmost proper care. It has an overall length of twenty inches and handle length of 6.7 inches. It is a very elegant and decorative sword that Kiyen seems to be very fond of due too many reasons. It has gotten him out of a lot.

released zanpaktou The short chokuto becomes an water-Covered metal spear shaped head Connected by an extend-able chain and made steady by an extremely powerful beam of water which also allows the blade to shoot out at incredible speed(similar to a approaching wave). The Chain locks in place once the blade reaches 15 feet. The chain and the blade forcibly comes back with the pull access of the zanpaktou to the hilt and stops with the return of the beam of water. This is a One-handed light weight Sword primarily for Stabbing and piercing is perfectly used for assassination and quick and close combat. Threw the short sword seems to be that wind is churning threw it wildly. While on his free hand a white glove forms over his hand with a orb with in the middle of the palm that resembles the moon. The sword in the orb specifies the large body of waters being pulled from strong winds influenced by the moon. So you can guess what his power is. The gravitational push and pull and manipulation of the water in the atmosphere. Constantly and everywhere there is moisture in the air to be managed. He directs them in a way of killing his opponent like a true assassin. Though the catch is, it is parallel so you can expect another form of attack from the opposite direction.
- Zanpakutō Shikai Abilities Chikara Pusshu/Kone (Force Push/Pull): The manipulation of pushing or pulling combining his reiatsu with the moisture in the air. The bigger the object, the more reiatsu he mush use but he is capable of using it on himself as well.
Kengeki Heisetsu( Sword Play Link): Each attack produces an *almost* simultaneous parallel attack in the opposite direction. This means that an enemy is attacked from both sides depending on the angle the sword comes from. Successful counter of blocking both strikes with in the small interval would be the best defense but that’s not the only defense nor is that easily accomplished.
Kengekinami(Sword Play Wave)- This acts just as his passive striking ability except it’s a projectile that can be performed from long distance. Focusing the moisture with in the air or from the blade itself a blue colored arc wave cuts threw the air as a high velocity force but another blast forms from behind or whatever the opposite direction the first wave is coming from so essentially its two attacks coming at the user. With it being condensed water pressure the impact tend to be highly sharp.

Moon Aura makes the users weight change as if they were upon the moon making its user extremely light-weight which brings fourth so many rare upgrades For instance, he can push and pull himself at greater speeds and with a lighter interior/exterior, his all around swordplay will just increase in speed. When attacked then it will push him back further saving him from a onslaught of attacks of rapid attacks, and finally he has control over his own form of liquid dubbed as, Lunar Water. This water runs like normal water but the temperature is comparable to ice. It’s not capable of being frozen though so its essentially getting hit with the force of normal water but with the temperatures of ice. In Bankai then a radiate glow that a full moon would give off, envelopes Kiyen completely . The glove that was one wore only gets a few new designs of every type of moon, and his normal zanpaktou elongates into a beautiful White/bluish Katana. Said to be one of the most beautiful and probably the most powerful Water Based, Moon-like zanpaktou.
- Zanpakutō Bankai Abilities Aoi Tsuki (blue moon): the moisture that is in the very air and around his zanpaktou is molded into what starts as a regular baseball size orb. It is tossed into the air and it will continue to grow. Once It reaches full power after (one post) then it will shine down upon the battlefield with a brilliant wintry light. This will transform the moisture into Lunar water which will allow him to make Tides of the Lunar water. They are very cold to the touch and the tides are compressed so forcefully that it also can slice threw the toughest metal.
gesshoku (Lunar Eclipse): This works in conjunction with the control of the tides. Once the Aoi Tsuki technique is complete then the user is capable of rising a tidal wave that comes from both sides and blocks out the light from above. This is where the true dark nature comes into play. The only light that is provided are the glows from the Lunar water moisture in the air. The tide can be impacted upon and will force a gash with in them but they quickly close up due to the moisture in the air. Bring upon darkness to the users liking. On the outside though is where the attack is most dangerous because that’s where the water is compressed which makes it very sharp. Making it hard for others to penetrate and enter.
Gekkou(Moonbeam): By changing the water with in his body to the Lunar water then he is capable of in a sense charging himself into a weapon. This can be used as just a armor in which his skin becomes so cold that it can cut. Though since it is his skin he still can be cut himself with the right kind of force applied. The real power behind such a technique is to push the energy from his body in water compressed beam that gathers moisture as it approaches its target. The course of attack can be controlled with the constant push and pull. Only able to be done twice due to his body not being able to take any more then that. If pushed any further he may collapse from over stress.

Kido
- Bakudō: 1. Restrain (塞, sai) -Locks a target's arms in place behind their back.
4. Crawling Rope (這縄, hainawa) -An energy rope entangles a target's arms.
8. Repulse (斥, seki) -Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it
9. Strike (撃, geki) -Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them.
Incantation: Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat!
9. Hōrin (Disintegrating Circle) -Causes an orange hued tendril with spiraling yellow patterns to erupt from the users hand and attempt to trap a target. the end of it remains in the hands of the user allowing them to control the path of the tendril before and after capture. The Kidō is able to connect with another one of itself if both have captured a target and bind them together.
Incantation: "Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini!! Look upon yourself with horror and tear out your own throat!"
12. Fushibi: -A net formed from an attachment point on the caster, can be small or large depending ong the reiatsu force behind it.
21. Red Smoke Escape (赤煙遁, sekienton) -Creates a blast upon activation and is used like a ninja's smoke bomb.
26. Curving Light (曲光, kyakko) -Hides the target from sight, presumably by bending light.
30. Beak-Stab Triple Beam (嘴突三閃, Shitotsu Sansen) - Shoots three beams of light that pin the target to one place on a surface, slamming into his/her body in three places in a shape of a perfect triangle.
37. Suspending Star (吊星, tsuriboshi) -Creates a star-shaped cushion of Spiritual Energy, which anchors it to nearby objects with "ropes" of spirit particles. It can stop falling objects, acting like a safety net.
39. Arc Shield (円閘扇, enkosen) -Summons a shield of energy to block opponents' attacks.
58. Summoning of the Tracking Sparrows (摑趾追雀, kakushitsuijaku) -Tracks and locates any spiritual force the user focuses on. To activate it, the user must draw a circle on the ground, cut into four parts with a specific character in each. The incantation animates the circle, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set seems to be a variation on longitude and latitude.
Incantation: Heart of the south, eye of the north, finger of the west, foot of the east, arrive with the wind and depart with the rain.
61. Six Rods Prison of Light (六杖光牢, rikujōkōrō) -Summons six thin, but wide, beams of light that slam into a target's midsection, holding them in place. Referred to as "Six Rod Light Restraint" in the English manga and "Six Bars of Light" in some of the games.
Incantation: Carriage of thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six.
62. Hundred Stepped Rails (百歩欄干, hyapporankan) -A rod formed of energy is thrown towards the target before it disintegrates into numerous short rods which are used to pin the target to the surroundings and render them immobile.

54. Abolishing Flames (廃炎, haien) -Fires a blast of purple fire that will incinerate a target completely when it makes contact.
58. Orchid Sky (闐嵐, tenran) - A widening tornado-like blast is fired towards the target.
63. Thunder Roar Cannon (雷吼炮, raikōhō) -Fires a massive wave of yellow lightning at a target.

- Hand-to-hand combat: (Hakuda)
As the former lieutenant of the Onmitsukido, Kiyen is required to be highly proficient in hand-to-hand contest, which he had been training in ever since he first connected with the Onmitsukido. He is one the most proficient hand-to-hand combatant in all of Soul Society. Kiyen can adequately block and attack others and is hard to actively lay a hand on unless he allows which he rarely does unless he is trying to embarrass a person. A master of every single Wushu art and a wide series of martial art including his own which has yet to be seen. Others who are not sufficient in hand to hand combat should certainly steer clear away from him in this department but, more or less he only uses hand to hand combat if he has too. He is hot with zanjutsu and prefers that type of combat instead. He can be classified as highly above average and right below master.
- Agility: (Hohō)
Kiyen seems to be light on his feet and very agile. He is a fan of making the short movements that require less strength but in that movement creating flowing entries of impact like water. meaning he will do what is necessary and only compulsory to getting his desired movement accomplish. He can be classified as a expert in this category.
- Swordsmanship: (Zanjutsu)
Kiyen is a highly adaptable combatant learning throughout the fight at a rapid rate as it goes on. Kiyen’s fighting style involves evasion and attacking an opponent either in the front or back using the element of surprise to overwhelm them. Incorporating flexible movements and hand to hand combat into his swordsmanship is what he is known for doing. He is a master of the Wushu Chinese styles meaning he is good at creating openings to quickly kill his opponent. By far, Kiyen is a master of this dubbing his sword style as the unorthodox zen. Clearly a master in this area thus being his most desired style of combat.
- Shunpo:
Sure, Kiyen is fast but unlike others, his shunpo has two levels. He can due the normal captain level shunpo which is expected. Then you have what was created by him, the semi shunpo. It does enter the state of the hoho skill but at the very last minute possible for sudden offense or defensive actions. When using this then all that can be seen is a blue image of his silhouette. A expert of the Hoho Skills.
