Personality: Lighthearted, pleasant, friendly, expressing sincere kindness and possessing an earnest concern for other's wellbeing, Arian genuinely wishes for there to be peace, but knows that it is not he who will be the one to bring it. As such, though he follows orders from his superiors, he has never been one to show excessive force, and is always willing to cease his attack if his opponent yields or begs for mercy.
Bio: As a human, Arian was born into nobility and despite his relatively lavish upbringing lived a simple and uneventful childhood life. Like all his fellow youths, he aspired to become a knight, and thus underwent training as soon as he reached the proper age. It was during this time of training that he learned the importance of duty and obedience to the rules and codes of conduct that had been transcribed to him and his rank. As a young lad filled with ambition, he gleefully accepted these lessons and put them to heart. When he was finally knighted, he proved himself to be a honorable and skillful defender of the kingdom, as such he soon found himself becoming the tutor of his own squire, one that showed as much promise and ambition as he did. Like his mentor before him, he taught the boy the same lessons of duty and diligence, hoping that it would have the same affect on him as it had on him, sadly it didn't.

The two of them had been tasked to deliver the king's sword from his ancestral house to the palace. On their way, they camped at a nearby clearing in the forest to pass the night. There they were ambushed by bandits, Arian, who had tasked his squire with his sword yelled at the youth to toss it to him during the assault. However, the young boy was stricken with fear and panic, and instead of obeying his sire's orders, turned around and ran off where he met his end by one of the ambushers' arrows. Cursing the boy for his foolishness, it wasn't long before Arian felt several daggers drive themselves into his back. Coughing up blood, but still not dead, he grabbed one of the blades and rushed towards his attackers, taking out most of them before his strength failed him and his knees buckled under his dead weight.

As his soul exited his body, he anxiously awaited his corpse to be found and given the proper burial. A week or so later and king's scouts soon arrived to witness the scene of the crime. Breathing a sigh of relief, Arian's soul hoped that he would know be given rest, but he was sadly mistaken. After remarking that he had failed the king by getting himself killed, the scouts turned around and began to leave. This final act of wanton disregard and betrayal triggered Arian's rapid devolution as a fiery hollow, devouring the scouts before heading towards the palace. There he set the entire structure ablaze as he consumed the souls of man, woman and child. Throughout the years he set forth hunting down and consuming the descendants of the empire, be they peasant or lord, until every trace of them was erased. His anger quenched, he set off to Hueco Mundo, at that time his killing spree in the Human World allowed him to evade the massive slaughter that occurred in the land.

There he continued his gluttonous and wrathful consumption until he evolved into an Arrancar, whereupon he regained his sanity and clearness of mind, though his body had already adapted to its hollow form, and thus his skills as a knight were lost to him. He wandered the sands for some time, before chancing upon the other Sephira, and without any other purpose in life, decided to join them and their order.

  • Upon release, the sword's blade can either be stabbed into the ground or allowed to be suspended in the air. If it is embedded into the ground at the time of release, it will generate a pillar of fire, 14-16ft wide from the base point with a temperature of 1150°C. If it is suspended in the air however, streams of fire will erupt from the sword and cover Arian in a sphere, 14-16ft wide with a temperature of 1150°C. In either case, it will only last for a second or so before disappearing.

Resurrección Abilities:
  • Aura of Fire: A shroud of spiritual fire, with a temperature of 760-870 °C, which cannot be put out by simple means of water or loss of oxygen, envelops Arian during his Resurreccion. The shroud is 14-15ft tall at its highest peak, and is 7-8ft wide at its base. Needless to say spiritual beings, objects and attacks inside the shroud, with the exception of Arian, will be burned by the pyre, this however can be turned on and off by Arian, the flame will still remain, but it will not burn anything if Arian does not want it to do so.
  • Cremated Armor: Goelcerth super heats Arian's armor to extreme temperatures, which stay constant throughout his resureccion's duration. Aside from the obvious defense bonus his armor provides him, it also makes it quite dangerous for anything to touch him, as virtually any object can be ignited or disintegrated either the instant it makes contact with the infernal armor, or after prolonged contact.
    • Increase Hierro to 16/10

  • Burst Fire: When Arian throws or propels something, he can enshroud it in flames reaching temperatures of up to 525 °C. In addition to making the projectile more deadly, it also creates an explosion upon impact, bathing the area struck by the attack in flames. These can be applied to nearly everything, even Cero and Bala.
  • Flaming Blade: By coating his sword with a more powerful version of his Aura of Fire, this time with a temperature of 870-980 °C, Arian can imbue within it the same properties as the Quincies’ Seele Schneiders. It is however a bit less efficient in terms of reishi gathering, mostly because some of the particles are destroyed. It is however superior to the Seele Schneiders in terms of attack power and the fact that it ‘burns’ more of the opponent’s reishi with each strike.
  • Berserker: By literally consuming his Aura of Fire, Arian is able to boost his physical strength pass its already formidable levels. This effect is signaled by a sudden change in his appearance, his flesh seems to be spewing forth fire from underneath his armor. Of course, this has its disadvantages as the fact that his Aura of Fire is temporarily gone, its branch abilities are gone as well, removing his Inferno and Incinerating Strike from use until he reverts back.
    • Increases Fuerza to 17/15

  • Inferno: By fueling the Aura of Fire with his own reiryouku, Arian can cause it to temporarily evolve into a pillar of whirling spiritual fire, 14-16ft wide and stretches out vertically towards the sky, with a temperature of 2,300 °C. It has enough power to incinerate anyone inside it, save for Arian, and those who do manage to survive should not be surprised to find major burns throughout their entire body. The pillar of fire lasts for only a short while, after a few seconds it will shrink back into its normal size, the creation however can be done in a heartbeat and gives it the lethal element of surprise.
  • Incinerating Strike: A more controlled variation of Inferno, in that instead of a massive area of effect ability, this ability incinerates only one object or person. By redirecting the Aura of Fire into his sword, and then fueling it to reach its Inferno stage, Arian’s sword is engulfed in a whip-like torrent of fire that extends for 14-15ft long, with a temperature ranging from 525 °C to 1,000 °C. The incineration can only be imparted unto an object or person if the sword itself strikes them. The attack need not be powerful, it need only to connect, so as to give the Inferno a path to cross and a target to incinerate by traveling across the sword and smothering the target in a shroud of fire with a temperature of 3,300°C, most likely turning it to dust, or at the very least, burning them completely. After the strike, the sword will revert back to normal, and after a minute or so the Aura of Fire will come back.


Resurreccion Segunda Etapa: [X]
  • At the moment of release, an explosion will rip out with Arian at the center. It covers the same area as the resureccion’s fire release does, but possesses more concussive force than the former.

Resureccion Segunda Etapa Abilities:
  • Vermillion Wings: Replacing his Aura of Fire, a pair of wing-like flames now burst forth from his shoulder plates. The flames drape over him, though they can be moved at will as well, their motion however is different from wings and they act more like tendrils as they are able to wrap around a target and incinerate it. They reach temperatures of 800 to 900 °C, and are large enough to cover Arian entirely.
  • Red Steel: Arian’s entire body is encased in a suit of red-hot steel, a considerable upgrade to his former Cremated Armor, having a peak temperature of 600 °C, and is also much more durable. It also has the ability to ignite anything that maintains prolonged contact with it.
    • Increases Hierro to 17/10

  • Raging Howl: Engulfing a volume of air, and super heating it inside him, Arian is able to let out a roar 28ft in diameter around him in an expanding sphere-like fashion. Though the temperatures of this blast is negligible compared to what he can normally generate, the expanding wave of air causes a powerful outward force enough to send most off their feet.
  • Infernal Armament: At any time, Arian can materialize the flames that surround him into different weapons and armor. Each item possesses a temperature of 1,200 °C, which can spike to 1,700 °C if Arian causes it to self-destruct. They also have the same reishi burning capability of Arian’s previous Flaming Blade ability, made much more powerful.
  • Volcanic Shell: Fires a shell, 3ft in diameter and having a volcanic look to it. It fires in a fashion similar to that of a tank cannon, and holds force equivalent to a keg of gunpowder upon impact, it also moves at a velocity a bit faster than its human world counterpart.
  • Hell Mouth: A massive offensive attack, signaled by Arian’s sudden consumption of his wings. A literal river of fire bursts forth from Arian’s mouth after his own self-consumption, spreading out into a cone of fire with a temperature of 2,000 °C. Though it is of a lower temperature than his Inferno attack, it makes up for this with its maneuverability even during the time it is being thrown out. It also lasts longer than the Inferno attack.
  • Armageddon Stream: An attack similar to the Inferno, but much more encompassing in terms of area. It has a similar mechanism of attack, but differs in heat as it boasts a 3,300 °C temperature reading. However, it is fairly slow, as though it’s final area is 35ft in diameter, it starts off at 5ft, increasing steadily at intervals of 5ft per second. Thus, it reaches its full potential after 7sec.
  • Pyre Break: Arian’s final resort, he unleashes an explosion that burns up all of his energy reserves converting them into pure raw energy. The resulting force is a strong explosion, with a temperature of 5,000 °C, spanning an area of roughly 1,300ft in 2sec. The drawback, however, is that Arian is drained completely and is left in his sealed form after the attack. The attack is also signaled by Arian's transformation into a much more hellish visage as all of his energies are converted into flames that completely enshroud him before the explosion.

Arrancar Abilities:

Sonído (響転 (ソニード), Sonīdo; Spanish for "Sound", Japanese for "Sound Ceremony")
  • Description
    A technique used by Arrancar which allows them to move at extreme speeds, making it highly similar to the Hohō that Shinigami use. While somewhat similar to Hohō, Sonído appears to be more instinctual than Hohō, requiring no previous knowledge to perform. It also makes a different sound; rather than the swishing or sometimes silent Shunpo of the Shinigami, Sonído makes a booming or static sound.

    • 1/10 in Agilidad - Movement.


Bala (虚弾 (バラ), bara; Spanish for "Bullet," Japanese for "Hollow Bullet")
  • Description
    Bala is an Arrancar alternative to Cero. The technique hardens the user's Spiritual Pressure and fires it like a bullet. Although it is weaker than a normal Cero, it moves about twenty times faster and can be fired at a much higher rate, but the damage is much the same. Stronger Arrancar can also fire a more powerful Bala, while retaining its twenty-fold speed.
    • Capable of damaging those with 4/10 in Armor and Hierro normally.
    • Capable of damaging those with 9/10 in Armor and Hierro when the Arrancar has 9/10 in Hueco.
  • Requirements
    • 3/10 in Hueco.


Cero (虚閃 (セロ), sero; Spanish for "Zero," Japanese for "Hollow Flash,")
  • Description
    This technique is an energy blast, it consists of firing a blast of concentrated spirit energy at the target. They are typically red in color, but the color may vary between Arrancar
    • Can damage those with a 6/10 in Armor and Hierro normally.
    • Can damage those with a 10/10 in Armor and Hierro when the Arrancar has a 11/10 in Hueco.
  • Requirements
    • 1/10 in Hueco.


Cero Doble (重奏虚閃 (セロ・ドーブル), sero dōburu; Spanish for "Double Zero", Japanese for "Heavy Performance Hollow Flash")
  • Description
    A variation of a Cero achieved by swallowing an opponent's Cero and then returning it to the opponent along with their own Cero.
    • Can damage those with 8/10 in Armor and Hierro.
  • Requirements
    • 6/10 in Hueco.


Gran Rey Cero (王虚の閃光 (グラン・レイ・セロ), guran rei sero; Spanish for "Grand King Zero", Japanese for "Royal Hollow Flash")
  • Description
    An extremely potent higher-level Cero, allowed to be used only by the Sephira. Gran Rey Cero is performed when an Arrancar draws blood from the Cero firing appendage with their Zanpakutō and mixing their blood with their original Cero. The result is a Cero with a much greater attack power, size, speed, and force, as well as a change of color. This Cero is also many times more powerful than a normal Cero, and is capable of disturbing the fabric of space. When fired, it spins like a razor upon release and compress and decompress, due to the sheer speed and raw power. Unlike most Ceros that mainly take the shape of a sphere created by user and released in a huge blast wave, the Gran Rey Cero, when fired, keeps its sphere form, even after being fired in a huge blast wave. It is a drastically potent Cero and only Sephira are allowed to use it.
    • Can damage those with a 11/10 in Armor and Hierro normally.
    • Can damage those with a 13/10 in Armor and Hierro when the Arrancar has a 15/10 in Hueco.

Cero Oscuras (黒虚閃 (セロ・オスキュラス), sero osukyurasu; Spanish for "Dark Zero," Japanese for "Black Hollow Flash")
  • Description
    When using this technique, the Arrancar concentrates his or her vast spiritual energy with only his or her index finger into an condensed jet-black Cero with great might. The result of being used in their released state is a much greater Cero, exceeding even Gran Rey Cero, the ultimate Cero, and has been referred to as "a Sephira's fully-powered Cero." When fired, it covers any exposed light into absolute pitch darkness. The Cero Oscuras's range is vast, and is mighty enough to completely shatter a Hollow mask, critically injuring a Vizard in the process, and strong enough to destroy half of the dome over Las Noches.
    • Can damage those with a 15/10 in Armor and Hierro normally.
    • Can damage to those with a 17/10 in Armor and Hierro when the Arrancar has a 15/10 in Hueco.

    • 11/10 in Hueco.


Pesquisa (探査回路 (ペスキス), Pesukisa; Spanish for "Inquiry", Japanese for "Probe Circuit")
  • Description
    An Arrancar's ability to detect, sense and gauge the amount of Reiatsu in his or her vicinity. It functions similarly to Sonar.
  • Requirements
    • 3/10 in Hueco.


Garganta (黒腔 (ガルガンタ), garuganta; Spanish for "Throat," Japanese for "Black Cavity")
  • Description
    The method for Arrancar and Menos-class Hollows to move to and from Hueco Mundo. It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway.
  • Requirements
    • 1/10 in Hueco.


Gonzui (魂吸, lit. "Soul Inhalation")
  • Description
    Is a supplementary technique used by Arrancar to devour as many souls as possible within a large radius to significantly restore their spiritual energy, while being content from the devouring of souls.

    • 6/10 in Hueco.


High-Speed Regeneration (超速再生, Chōsoku Saisei; lit. "Ultra-Fast Regeneration")
  • Description
    A supplementary ability possessed by many Hollows, as well as some Shinigami that have undergone Hollowfication. It allows them to recover from any damage that they sustain by causing them to heal at an increased rate, closing the wounds on their body and causing any limbs that they have lost to grow back. While high-speed regeneration is indeed a powerful ability, it is not without its flaws. Despite the extent to which it can heal the body, internal organs such as the brain cannot be regenerated; if such irreparable damage is sustained, the rest of the body can continue to regenerate, though to no avail. In addition, if the body is damaged before it has the chance to heal, or if enough damage is inflicted on it at once, then it can be destroyed.

Resurrección: Segunda Etapa (刀剣解放第二階層 (レスレクシオン・セグンダ・エターパ), resurekushion segunda etāpa; Spanish for "Resurrection Second Stage", Japanese for "Sword's Release: Second Level")
  • Description
    A second form to the Arrancar's Resurrección, granted only to those who have honed their Resurrección's abilities above and beyond mastery.

    • A 14/15 in Armas - Resurrección.

    The Arrancar's proficiency with hollow techniques is unparalleled. They are capable of condensing and expanding Garganta, using their Pesquisa to measure levels of Reiryoku, and forming and releasing Gran Rey Cero in roughly two seconds.

  • Agilidad 1/10
    • Speed - 1/10
      The Arrancar's dashes can reach speeds of up to 25mph, 5mph faster than most Olympic sprinters. The speed at which Mano and Swordsmanship are performed is relatively sluggish.
    • Movement - 1/10
      The Arrancar can now perform basic Sonído, the time of which between disappearance and reappearance is 1 second, but can only be done so over short distances, approximately 30ft.

  • Mano 3/10
    • Offense - 1/10
      The Arrancar's offensive Mano is closest to schoolyard fighting. The Arrancar prominently uses poorly aimed punches and kicks.
    • Defense - 5/10
      The Arrancar has a mastery of basic defensive Mano, but a visible style is not present. They are now able to perform a variety of defensive moves such as open-palmed blocks and parrying other blows with their forearms or calves.

    • Strength - 15/10
      The Arrancar's strength is unparalleled and they are touted as the physically strongest Arrancar throughout Hueco Mundo. The Arrancar can bypass 13/10 in Armor/Hierro without the aid of a weapon and harm those with 14/10 with a weapon, and break out of Bakudō up to #70.
    • Endurance - 15/10
      The Arrancar's endurance knows little bounds. They are capable of brushing off multiple gashes and even impalement without being visibly hindered by these wounds. The Arrancar is tricky to kill and can survive and sustain many wounds that would kill most people. A 15/10 gives access to High-Speed Regeneration.


  • Reiatsu 15/10
    • Pressure - 15/10
      The Arrancar's Pressure is absolutely monstrous and the Arrancar has an incredibly imposing presence. The Arrancar's Reiatsu is far too great to be contained on it's own and must be sealed by a special device or else it will kill regular hollow when they get too close. The Arrancar's Pressure hinders those with with a 13/10 in Pressure and debilitates those with 9/10.
    • Hierro - 15/10
      The Arrancar has an unparalleled Reiryoku defense that can reduce damage done by Cero Oscuras and Hadō #80 and below. The Arrancar's Hierro reduces damage of melee attacks from those with 14/10 in Strength and eliminates damage from those with a 10/10.
